The host is very friendly, responds very quickly, the accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, fully equipped. From the accommodation it is very close to walk around Lake Lecco.

The house was incredibly clean, everything brand new, and every detail was carefully thought out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space and comfort for all of us. Located in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views, it offered the perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature. Sofia was extremely kind, warm, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always available for anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and useful recommendations provided. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Wunderschönes, 300 Jahre altes Haus. Urgemütlich. Fantastische Umgebung, fern von Touristenströmen. Extrem freundliche Gastgeberin, immer hilfreich, immer erreichbar. Köstliches, selbst gebackenes Brot von der Gastgeberin. Perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub mit Ruhe, Bergen in ursprünglicher Umgebung. Highly recommend.

Excelente casa, muy cómoda todo estaba impecable. Increible lugar y la vista que tiene al lago es espectacular, desde allí pudimos ver los fuegos artificiales de Año Nuevo. Jennifer y Nico fueron muy cordiales y generosos. Recomiendo la casa Volvería sin dudarlo. inolvidable estadía. gracias!!!!!!!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal als Familie in Nicolas Wohnung in den Skiferien. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Skipiste ubd die Skischule sind gleich um die Ecke. In der Wohnung haben wir uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Nicola und Patricia hat super geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber sowie liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und all unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Wir möchten uns herzlich für den erholsamen und gemütlichen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Wohnung bedanken. Die ruhige Umgebung sowie die stylisch eingerichtete Wohnung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Auch unsere Kinder genossen die heimelige Atmosphäre und waren hell begeistert von ihren Ferien. Very beautiful apartment in a great location. When we checked in, we were met with a very nice host (we didn’t get his name) who showed us around the apartment and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We definietely recommend.

Spacious, well equipped apartment close to the centre of Como. The apartment was easy to check into, clean, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Close to regional train line, but this didn’t bother us. Hosts responded quickly and helpfully to any messages. We would definitely stay again!

We had a magical time at the Bloom Apartment! Truly the most thoughtful airBNB booking we have ever had. The attention to detail, stunning views, and charming location made the stay our best yet - it lives up to the hype! We did not regret renting a car; we resisted it until the last moment but got one at the airport, and though we were afraid to drive in Italy we had no issues. We DO recommend getting a small car as ours felt a bit too big to park comfortably in the garage (it was a mini Countryman) but an expert driver would have no problem. The treats left around the house were a delight, the local pizzeria had great views and food, and the medieval village was so fun to explore. We took the ferry from Argegno to bellaggio and varenna, and drove to Menaggio, so it was easy to go to the touristy spots, but nice to be staying in a place that felt more authentic. Mattia and his family were very responsive, and couldn’t be more gracious. We hope to be back!

Die Kommunikation mit Sveva war äußerst problemlos und sie antwortete sehr schnell auf Fragen. Am Tag der Ankunft wartete sie bereits an der Tür auf uns. Sie führte uns zur Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft, die Bettwäsche und die Betten waren sehr sauber. Sie hatte auch alle benötigten Utensilien in der Küche da. Wir empfanden den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und würden wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist mega. Die Lage ist perfekt! Die Ausstattung neu und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar ❤️ Wir können jns njr herzlichen Bedanken und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Molte Grazie Mario! Tutto perfetto!

Schönes uriges Haus mit einem wirklich tollen Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Luisa's apartment is exactly as described! She is a very responsive host and provided very detailed instructions on check-in. Perfect space for my wife and I to return to from daily activities around Como. Many, many restaurants and cafe's, all within walking distance of the apartment. It was a perfect couple of days in Como and we would definitely return and would not hesitate to rent Louisa's space once again!

We stayed at Diana's place as a 3 person family. It was so comfortable that we felt like we are at home :) Coffee machine and the kitchen were life-savers and thanks to Diana's informations we found the place so easy. If you'd like to have Bernina Express experience, the place is 10 mins to Chur HB with a bus and 100 mt to bus stop. Next time I prefer to rent a car. If you want to feel like you are at your own home, you can choose Diana's place and enjoy the coziness. Thanks for everything Diana. Tuğba and her family

Pobyt u Matteo okazał się idealnym wyborem. Mieszkanie przestronne,czyste,dobrze wyposażone. Matteo bardzo był pomocny, odpowiadał szybko na nasze wiadomości. Na zewnątrz jest miejsce i całe wyposażenie na grilla i co najważniejsze miejsce parkingowe pod domem. Lokalizacja świetna. Można zwiedzić piękne Lago Maggiore,a do Como tylko 1 h drogi. Polecam z całego serca!

Such a nice view through the balcony. It was clean and nice place to stay. Luca is friendly. Responds my matters within minutes. Only thing was we were not able to handle room tempreture as we want, he was handling it through app. How ever highly recommend this place for calm stay!!

Excellent spot with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped to cook home cooked meal and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Check in was smooth and Gian welcomed us and showed us around. Highly recommended!

This place was very spacious and could comfortably fit at least 5. It’s in the perfect location to access both San Giovanni train station and Borghi train station. The place itself is located next to a yummy pizza place and other great restaurants. Access to the Como ferry is also only about a 15 minute walk.

Ce fut un merveilleux séjour. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir dans le logement proposé par Cindy et Joe. Si les occupations professionnelles ne nous auraient pas ramené chez nous ;-), nous aurions volontiers prolonger notre séjour. La gentillesse, la flexibilité et les conseils touristiques de Cindy, l’équipement à disposition ont rendu notre séjour agréable. A recommander!

Wunderschöne Gegend, traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See. Das Apartment ist perfekt für 2 Personen, ein Auto ist allerdings ratsam wegen der Lage. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, auch der SPA Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Host war auch sehr gut. Kommen gerne wieder!

Valentina was our contact while we stayed in Limonta. She was the most friendly, kind, and responsive host we have ever known. She always went above and beyond what she had to. She gave us the most easy and helpful check-in information, checked in on us during our stay with great friendliness, and tipped us off to local experiences and restaurants to enhance our stay. The little home was private, peaceful, and with a fantastic terrace/view that we made the most of every day of our stay. We had such a nice little trip, and it will be looked back on fondly due to the special touch of Valentina!
