What a great location. The Farmer's market is one block away and open nearly every day. We also fell in love with the 11th arrondissement, a lively neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and secret alleys. City center was an easy walk or metro ride. The apartment has lots of light and ventilation and the bed is very comfy. The host, Michaël, is super friendly and very helpful. We will return!

Een mooie en kraaknette airbnb in een rustige, gezellige omgeving. Yoanne reageerde altijd erg snel. Het was makkelijk binnen komen en de bnb zelf was goed beveiligd. Zalig zitten op het terras! Op 2 min wandelen heb je het treinstation.

Tolles Haus in super Lage – absolut empfehlenswert! Ein richtig schönes, modernes Haus mitten in Épernay – stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Whirlpool war unser absolutes Highlight – perfekt zum Runterkommen nach einem Tag in der Champagne. Die Lage ist top: ruhig, aber trotzdem ist man super schnell mitten in der Stadt. Alles ist durchdacht, sauber und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und unkompliziert – genauso, wie man es sich wünscht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour toujours disponible et à l'écoute plusieurs attentions de leur part tout au long du séjour. notre fils comme les parents ont pu profiter en toute sécurité de l'extérieur On s'y sentait bien comme chez la famille. conseils, adaptabilité a la situation et à l'écoute Logement proche de toutes commodités, au calme et sans bruit. Logement semblable aux photos et à la description. À notre arrivée, le logement était parfaitement propre. Il nous a été très agréable d’y séjourner. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture à l’intérieure Les hôtes ont été très agréables et très réactifs, c’était super Merci !

What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

Muy bien ubicado, cómodo y agradable. Muy recomendable para aquellos que quieran una estadía en París. muy cerca del metro, de la estación, de monumentos y restaurantes.

Perfecte locatie in Parijs. Metro en Velib fietsen direct in de buurt. Aardige host, voorziet je van alle informatie die je nodig hebt.
