A fabulous stay, close to Morzine pleney/super Morzine using Bus U or P. A perfect stay for a couple or solo traveller. Has all the amenities needed, close to the supermarket “Sherpa”, TV is smart TV, so perfect for watching films after a long day on the slopes. Very little noise if any from roadside and quiet area. Would 100% stay again in the future. Nitzan’s communication throughout was also superb.

Très bon séjour, logement qui correspond aux descriptifs et photos. Très bien situé avec départ télésiège et randonnées au pied de l'immeuble. Merci à l'hôte pour sa acceuil et bienveillance. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Au plaisir de revenir.

David’s home was so perfect for our group! It was spacious it had all amenities needed for the week. From DVDs to board games to instructions for restaurants/ bars etc Check in was super easy and flexible and I would definitely recommend. It is a wee walk to town Maybe 15 minutes but u can get a bus during the day that is about 5 minutes away. And if your skiing you don’t need to go to town to go on the slopes you can just get on in Perriers and sort your tickets there. I would definitely go back

Nous recommandons ce logement, tout était parfait, visite de petits oiseaux non farouches devant la baie vitrée. Très calme après une journée bien remplie.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Clara. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement était très agréable dans un cadre à couper le souffle. Un petit nid douillet perché et entouré de montagnes. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce petit coin de paradis!

Julia’s place was great and well kept. It is a bit up a hill depending on where you walk from, but nothing too crazy. The park outside is very nice, but can be loud with children in the afternoon. Overall the neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. The place was very easy to check in and out of. The place was mostly clean, with shower and linens well kept. The living room and patio are definitely the best part of this place! They’re filled with so much charm, I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy a drink on the patio. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main area of old town and shopping. It is about a 20 minute walk from the lake. Great views from all windows! Julia had helpful and clear instructions, but did not always reply. Don’t let this dissuade you however, since I think she’s a great host!

Great location close to the Pluney ski lift. Lisa was responsive and helped with our transfer hire options also. Shower had plenty of hot water. Accommodation is great for a ski trip.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement avec 10 couchages pour notre équipe de volley était impeccable, conforme à la description et bien situé, à 10min d'Annecy. Notre hôte Fabienne était très réactive. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Excellente expérience. Jean-Pierre est un hôte très accueillant, le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est très bien équipé, propre, et la partie jacuzzi / hammam est magnifique. Le cadre est magnifique également. Je recommande chaudement

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Oxana et Victor dont des hôtes très disponibles et réactifs. En cas de question ou problème, ils répondent immédiatement. Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel et bien équipé. La terrasse est très grande avec une belle vue, le jacuzzi super. Les environs sont agréables pour se promener avec des balades le long de cours d'eau, cascades etc. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Super séjour malgré le temps peu clément. Accueil très bien et logement bien équipé et très joliment décoré. Un jardin très agréable et très bien installé.

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

Parfait séjour et ce logement y été pour beaucoup, propre, moderne, bien décoré, pratique pour partir en famille. L'arrêt de bus à 5 min à pied, petite résidence privé très sympa flambant neuf. Niveau vaisselle et équipement tout y est. Cuisine fonctionnelle, le logement est bien grand, casiers pratique, beaucoup de serviettes ect ... enfin.. rien ne manquait je ne vois aucun point négatif vraiment. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the Super Morzine lift and bus stop if you want to go to the Prodains. The pleney isn’t too far either. The bus for Ardent is just over the bridge also. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby like Bertine, Chaudanne and Le Local Morzine. Hubert sports have got lockers downstairs for 10 euros per day if you prefer to leave your skis there after you’ve finished.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabienne. Tout est conforme à la description. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et fonctionnel. La localisation est parfaite pour les skieurs (ski aux pieds) et le village (Belle Plagne) est très agréable. La station est vraiment grande et de nombreuses activités sont disponibles. Le petit + de cette location est la partie spa, piscine. Idéale pour se détendre après une journée sportive ou pas 😉. Fabienne est aussi réactive et agréable au niveau de la communication. Bref de bonnes vacances.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, on se sent extrêmement bien dans cette maison où il ne manque rien, la propreté est parfaite, les équipements qualitatifs rien est à redire et l emplacement est incroyable. We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is compact yet highly functional, offering everything we needed. The ski-in, ski-out access was extremely convenient, making our trip even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth, with very clear instructions. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night’s sleep. The balcony offers a wonderful view, adding to the overall experience. Located inside a modern complex, it was a great bonus to have a ski equipment rental office in the same building. Additionally, the shutters and blinds provided excellent light control, allowing for a peaceful rest. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. I would strongly recommend this place and would love to return!
