An absolutely fantastic place, great layout, very cozy, private, incredible location. I liked that just about every bedroom has it's own full bathroom, a rare and hard to find commodity when searching for a place to stay on vacation. Another big plus is the amenities of the Nakoma Resort were included, WOW!!! Lets not forget about the views off the back deck of the green on the 6th hole of The Dragon GC. I especially liked the binder showing the lakes around the area, I caught some Largemouth bass at Lake Davis. Looking forward to doing this again next year. Our extended family stayed through the Christmas holidays. The space was perfect for our multiage group to have together and private time. The kitchen was very well set up and easy for multiple cooks to work together. Our hostess was incredibly thoughtful going extra miles to do things like get us a permit so we could cut a tree on the national forest, decorating the house beautifully, and leaving wonderful gifts for the children. The house is packed with family games and puzzles and a has hot tub. The forest setting is beautiful and quiet. I can't recommend this place more highly for family or friend groups to enjoy some time together.

Nighthawk is a clean, beautiful, and well-stocked home and Brooke is the perfect host! She is super responsive and caring. She's a clear communicator, and gave accurate information. She gave good recommendations and threw in some extra goodies for us! She made us feel right at home!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was perfect for our family—spacious, cozy, and well thought out. The hot tub was definitely a highlight. It was so peaceful to soak in while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We ended every evening out there and it made the trip feel like a treat. The backyard was another favorite—, with plenty of room for the kids to explore and play while the adults relaxed. The setting felt so peaceful, with lovely touches that made it feel special. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a space that’s both fun and relaxing for families. We’d absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway with all the comforts of home.

Beautiful place in a great little town.

Colby’s place was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The space is comfortable and unique. We stayed with just our family of four, but could easily fit another family. My kids especially loved the pool table. We will definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying at Ann's place for the weekend! Highly recommend, and would stay again if ever back in the area.

We had such a great time as a family. The location of this particular cabin is so nice having a family with young ones. We went for the snow and will be coming back! It’s so much nicer to be able to come back warm up, cook a meal and relax before taking the family back out. Va the alternative of driving home. We did make it easy on ourselves and brought our own air fryer to speed up some of the meals I had planned for the family.

Beautiful setting in Sierra city! We had the Yuba River out our back door and the Sierra Buttes out front. Jeremy is a great host and quick to answer our questions. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The rooms were cozy and decorated with fun and interesting things.

What an amazing place. It felt like camping without the camping. We loved that it was deep in the forest. It was quiet and beautiful. Would stay again. Very quaint cabin with everything you need for a few days get away from the world.

Greg is a wonderful host with a wonderful house. My crew had a super comfortable stay! We were a large group, and there was plenty of space for all of us—quiet, beautiful views. The house was clean, as described. Overall, it was a great place, and I would recommend it!

Stayed in Sierra City for our daughter's wedding this weekend. Diane's place was perfect for us, lots of room in the kitchen for setting up the flowers! Comfortable and quiet. This place is on our list for a return visit.

The house was a nice little cozy spot to stay in Graeagle. Had nice amenities like you'd see at a hotel for grooming, coffee. There was a smart TV so we could watch our Peacock or Netflix shows. There was a main queen bed and then 2 twin beds available to use. The owner was communicative as soon as we booked, and gave clear instructions in advance. Better experience than a hotel! we stayed there for a wedding at Twenty Mile House which was a 10-12 minute drive. some local restaurants, grocery store and gift shops to browse through in town.

Second time visiting. Enjoyed the rustic charm of the cabin and the peaceful forest around. Wonderful place to slow down and rest away from the buzz. Big Pond is full in spring and kayaking it alongside geese was such a wonderful experience! Appreciate the place and Adam being such a welcoming host.

Host was very responsive and informative. Rented for a buddy golf weekend and included 5 separate beds. Awesome location and great price - will rent again!

Wonderful place to unplug and relax. We loved everything especially the record player in the room. We listened to every album. They love dogs and my pooch had so much fun pretending he is a big mountain dog. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of the area. It most certainly is rustic but not roughing it. My favorite way to travel. Plus the hot springs are nearby! So much outdoorsy fun to help you feel alive ❤️

The cabin was exactly as described; spacious, comfortable, and remote. We really enjoyed staying at the cabin to disconnect for a few days and were able to let our dogs romp around the outdoors
