Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

Luogo tranquillo e vicino pure ai supermercati, pure a piedi si può raggiungere qualsiasi luogo con al massimo una mezz'ora di camminata, casa molto bella e ben arredata

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa era esattamente come descritta nell’annuncio. L’abbiamo trovata in ordine, accogliente e perfetta in ogni dettaglio. Giorgio e Benedetta sono stati molto gentili, ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni che abbiamo chiesto durante il soggiorno ma anche prima di fermare l’appartamento. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. La consigliamo a tutti! Se torneremo a Firenze sicuramente ci fermeremo di nuovo qui.

This place was the perfect location to get to and from all the sites we planned to see and walk to. Her cozy apartment had everything that was needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood was friendly and it was quiet at night. As our second stop on our vacation, this set the standards high for our other stops and stays. We would recommend this Airbnb to other future travellers.

Amanda war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nach einem Fußmarsch von etwa 20 min leicht erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die wichtigsten Kochutensilien vorhanden. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte die Straße etwas störend sein und die Nachbarn unter der Wohnung sprechen fast die ganze Nacht relativ laut - für diese Umstände ist Amanda aber natürlich nicht verantwortlich, das ist nur eine kleine Kritik an die Umgebung.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit. La ferme comporte plusieurs appartements avec chacun leur intimité. La piscine était très propre et chaude, il y avait de l’ombre à disposition et une douche et des toilettes juste à côté. L’appartement était comme sur les photos, il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais il faisait bien frais à l’intérieur la journée. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Isabella nous a envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires et c’est son frère Piero qui nous a très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Le logement était très propre, la cuisine bien équipée et des linges de bain étaient fournis. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours, nous avons même eu des recommandations à disposition. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes vraiment contents et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!

Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps chez Leonardo nous avons adoré son logement et sa vie imprenable. Le super accueil de Leonardo et sa disponibilité. Nous nous sentions chez nous et n’avions pas envie de repartir.

Appartamento pulito e rifornito di tutto il necessario, areato con doppio balcone. Ottima opzione di soggiorno per visitare Firenze, accessibile facilmente tramite i mezzi pubblici. Buona comunicazione con Florinda e vicini molto cordiali. Soddisfatti a pieno del soggiorno. Consigliato

Appartamento piccolo ma molto ben attrezzato, in posizione centralissima. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole soggiornare in un paese straordinario come Cortona.

Wonderful apt near the Duomo. It was perfect for us as it had an elevator and we are in our 70's. We love the area, and even enjoyed the bells ringing. Lots of places to eat nearby, and a supermarket and mini market very close. Great host, thank you!

Molto bella la location , essenziale ma funzionale. Gran comodità avere la possibilità di utilizzare il ristorante (previa prenotazione). Spunti di miglioramento, maggior attrezzatura in cucina(mancavano posate , apribottiglie, nulla di non recuperabile dopo segnalazione), i cuscini del letto abbastanza scomodi. Torneremo volentieri

L’appartamento si trova in ottima posizione a due passi da piazza del campo. L’host si è mostrato sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta.

Siamo stati accolti in modo molto gentile dal signor Claudio che ci ha fatto il check-in. L’appartamento si trova in un antico palazzo ed é davvero molto bello, ne siamo rimasti molto colpiti, inoltre era molto pulito e arredato con buon gusto. I nostri due cagnolini erano i benvenuti e accolti con molta simpatia. Il letto e i cuscini proprio di prima qualità e devo dire che abbiamo dormito proprio bene. Ci trovavamo 7 minuti dalla piazza del campo , così visto che il tempo era piovoso non eravamo lontano dall’appartamento. Il signo Claudio ci ha indicato diversi ristoranti dove poter mangiare bene. E devo dire che ne valeva la pena. Ringrazio ancora di cuore il signor Claudio per la sua grande professionalità e gentilezza. Speriamo di rivederci quando torneremo ancora a Siena. Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

Jederzeit wieder! Wir sind total herzlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber hat für zwei Personen alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten auf der Terrasse oder am Pool viel Zeit um zu entspannen und die Idylle der Toskana zu genießen. Im Umkreis kann man wunderschöne Orte, Restaurants, Weingüter und vieles mehr besuchen. Emanuele und Angela waren immer erreichbar und haben uns tolle Insider Tipps gegeben. We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.
