أود أن أتوجه بخالص الشكر والتقدير للسيدة عليا على اهتمامها الرائع ومتابعتها المستمرة معي لحظة بلحظة خلال فترة إقامتي في الشقة. الشقة كانت ممتازة جدًا، نظيفة للغاية، آمنة، وموقعها مميز وقريب من كل شيء مما جعل إقامتي أكثر راحة وسهولة. كما أن المسؤولين عن الشقة كانوا في قمة التعاون واللباقة، وكانوا جاهزين لتلبية أي احتياج بكل سرعة وأمانة. أنصح الجميع بهذه الشقة الرائعة، وأشكر جميع القائمين عليها على حسن التعامل والاهتمام بالتفاصيل. بإذن الله، ستكون خياري الأول في كل زيارة قادمة إلى الإسكندرية. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fady and his mother Iman are very nice people and very responsive to all our questions. Iman his mother who showed us the appt is extremely helpful and very kind. The appt looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need. The mattress and the pillow in the master bedroom are very comfortable. You can order groceries and grilled chicken and meat and they deliver to the appt. The dry clean pickup the cloth and bring it back the following day. They have a concierge Om Karim in the building who is very helpful and would keep your laundry when it is delivered if you are not home. We will stay at Fady’s appt if we come back to Alexandria.

مؤخراً، قضيت وقتي في هذا المكان وما أقدر أقول إلا إني كنت جداً سعيد بالتجربة. من لحظة وصولي، كل شيء كان تمام كما وُصف - نظيف، مريح، ومعد بشكل رائع. المضيف كان متواصل بشكل ممتاز وتأكد إن كل احتياجاتي متوفرة، وكان يتواصل معي بشكل دائم قبل وأثناء وبعد الإقامة. الشقة واسعة وجميلة، وفيها شرفة رائعة تطل جزئياً على البحر. الرائحة في البيت كانت مذهلة، حسيت كأني في منزلي. السرير كان مريح جداً، وكنت ممتن للتفاصيل الصغيرة مثل المناشف الإضافية، القهوة، والتوصيات المحلية. المطبخ كان مجهز بالكامل، مما سهل عليّ أطبخ شوية أكلات في البيت، والواي فاي كان قوي طوال الوقت - مثالي للعمل عن بُعد. الموقع كمان يعتبر ميزة كبيرة. هو في حي آمن وهادئ، لكنه قريب من كافيهات، مطاعم، ومعالم محلية ممتازة. بالمجمل، هذا المكان كان مثل بيت بعيد عن البيت. ما راح أتردد أرجع مرة ثانية، خصوصاً أني كنت مع عائلتي وولادي الصغار وكل شيء كان جميل. أنا أسافر إلى الإسكندرية كثير، وعادةً أقيم في فنادق، لكن قررت أجرب Airbnb لأول مرة وكانت التجربة فوق توقعاتي.

Fantastic place great location, kind and responsive hosts, great guard in ground floor. You cant go wrong booking this place if you plan to spend some time in Alex, great location, close to everything as its in the centre of Alex. great ammenities close by, markets, fruits and fresh juice. and anything else you would need will be located on the road of abo queer where the apartment is located. very easy checkin and the hosts are nearby if you need anything, the guard and his family helpful in everything and keeps the entrance nice and clean. You will find everything needed for a short or long stay stocked in the appartment, towels, soap and other things you might need, even a sewing kit. Will for sure stay here again if i get the chance.

5 Stars I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Everything I needed was provided, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again in the future!

Mr.Ayman is extremely supportive. I was in an emergency in Alex and searching for a place for immediate check in and he was my backbone at that time. Thank you very much. Definitely it will always be my place in Alex

Nancy is a fabulous host. She is welcoming and had a little supply pack for me on arrival. The flat is very generous in size and has a well equipped kitchen. There is a fruit store and a supermarket within a few steps. When I checked out Nancy gave me a little reminder of Alexandria. I would highly recommend this apartment.

It has been a great stay in this beautiful and well equipped apartment with sea view. Everything necessary was to hand. The neighbourhood is very lively and full of restaurants and bars, the apartment, however, is super quiet. Mahmoud has been a great host and even managed my unexpected night time arrival. I can only recommend booking his place. Thank you very much for a great (and first) stay in Alexandria!
