Great value for money and was exactly as described in pictures.

Stunning apartment in a really good location. Great communication from host. Only issue worth mentioning is the parking. Very limited spaces to park outside with max stay of 4 hours. Not sure of cost as we could never get a space. Was able to park on nearby streets but permit holders only apart from outside the hours of 8:00 and 19:30 and on Sundays. Again these were limited so not always able to find a space. Mainly used a local Q-Park (5 minute walk) but costs £23 for 24 hours.

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

Absolutely loved my stay at Jonathan’s place. Ideal neighborhood, which led to some incredible evening walks along the river. Food / coffee nearby is incredible. Everything is well within walking distance. The flat is very private, felt right at home without much disturbance. Jonathan accurate an early check in for me, which was so amazing considering I’d just got in from a very long journey. He was also responsive and empathetic to a unique issue that accured on the first night, so rest assured he will take care of you should anything go wrong! There is an elevator that gets you right up to the third level, super easy to navigate. The shower is wonderful. My only critiquing would be to do with slow WiFi (I was in town for business, so this annoyed me a bit when I needed it) and the main bed could do with more pillows to make it more comfy (totally a personal preference) but all this to say, I’d happily stay again and overall, I’d 100% recommend to anyone considering. I stayed here last minute for a concert and I’m so glad I did. The host was super responsive and proactive, and the flat was gorgeous. It was spacious and clean, and the balcony was to die for. The flat was quiet even with the balcony door open. The bedding was really comfortable, and the extra touches in the bathroom were really appreciated!! I felt safe in the building and area, and it was really close to the city centre. It was less than 10 mins by bus. There were shops nearby which is where you collect the keys for self check in. You give in your code and they give you the key. I paid the £150 deposit (bear in mind you do pay outside of the app, I didn’t realise this) and I was a bit nervous about this. I contacted Airbnb support and they assured me it was fine. The host was patient while I spoke to support. I received the entire deposit back today. I really enjoyed my stay, I will definitely be back (hopefully in the warmer weather to enjoy the balcony properly!) Thankyou!!!💓

Bespoke was an amazing host from start to finish. All our needs were met and questions were answered. The property is very beautiful and looks a lot like the pictures. I would definitely recommended. I’ll definitely be going back the next time I’m in Birmingham.

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

My family had a very lovely stay at the apartment. Melissa was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The apartment was the perfect size for my family of 5, cozy and beautifully furnished. The apartment is located in a nice part of Altrincham. The fact that it is a gated compound was a huge plus for us in terms of safety considerations. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip back to visit our family! Thank you Melissa for being such a wonderful host.

My friend and I would highly recommend this AirBnb with Julie. It is a stunning little annexe. The property was amazingly clean all throughout, and was very comfortable and warm. All instructions for check in and check out were very clear, the property was easy to find and walking distance from the university. The generous snacks and drinks in the fridge were a cherry on top! We were both very satisfied with our stay and would definitely visit again!

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Just stayed here for three months while working at the Sheffield Crucible and it was perfect. Great location within easy walk from the theatre and city centre, comfortable and a great little city apartment.

A fantastic apartment with fantastic panoramic views. Parking was a real bonus and excellent to have an on site gym available. Worked perfectly for a family of 4 with a baby and toddler in tow! The host was very responsive and helpful to queries.

Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

Lee’s home felt like a home from home. Really spacious, great for a big group. We loved the downstairs living space and that there were so many bathrooms. Area is great with a little high street 1 min away. Close to Coventry and Birmingham.

Amazing stay for my sisters Hen do! The house was spotless, well equipped and just fantastic. Zoe was so proactive with her communication, always on hand if we needed her and just so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We had the best time and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Zoe!

We had a brilliant weekend stay in Michelle's family home, which was absolutely perfect as a base with our two children and grandma for a family wedding. The house is huge and beautifully decorated, and set up with everything you could need to entertain the kids (a stunning garden in the sunshine as well!). We loved the open plan kitchen space looking out onto the garden. Michelle was so helpful and brilliant at communicating with us, all the information provided was so useful. A wonderful home from home, really couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much xx

Amazing place, great location near some lovely walks and pubs. Hot tub was brilliant and kids managed to swim in river !

Super three bedroom house in a location convenient for many of Manchester's attractions.

The cottage was great, in beautiful gardens. We finally played tennis with the kids on the last day and it is sat in the most peaceful picturesque gardens. The holiday was about meeting up with family and all the young children; the cottage was perfect for what we wanted. Jill gave us great recommendations. We visited many of the places she told us about, the zoo, the castle and a few pubs to eat in. Overall great first visit to the Cotswolds. Thanks Mike.

This was a very brief stay as we hit traffic into Swansea on Friday night due to the Bank Holiday. Therefore we headed straight to our restaurant and onto the Theatre. Didn’t get into the property until late but fortunately it was very ash to access and well laid out with convenient off road parking. Beds, cleanliness and facilities excellent and shower was great following our parkrun on Saturday. A quick shower and we off for breakfast and to watch the early kickoff of the football. A great compact terrace type house close to city centre this accommodation served us vey well. Thanks
