We LOVED our stay here! The home is fabulous, so many spacious rooms to explore, each one decorated in a great way. The outdoor space is amazing, and was such a highlight of our stay, from the stunning countryside views, the lush pool, the immaculate sauna out building (a hot tub on the balcony or outside would be a cherry on top of a delicious cake). We also loved that the house was so well stocked in the kitchen and cupboards throughout the house, which made it easier and more enjoyable to just chill at the house. Everyone said that they're beds were super comfy too. The neighbours were very welcoming and helpful too, it was a lovely start to our stay meeting Les! It was easy to communicate with the host, and they messaged us 24 hours before check out to let us know we could check out later which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here with a big group, plenty of space for everyone with a fab social dining table. Diolch yn fawr

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s place. The coach house is very comfortable and the gardens are stunning, we underestimated how extensive and beautiful they would be. The pool is lovely too. The location is a great place to explore the Cotswolds and we’d recommend booking a table at the local pub for dinner too! Hope we can return one day!

This was the second time I’ve stayed in one of Peter and Doreen’s properties. They are always such wonderful hosts and are very accommodating. We visited Pentrenant Hall as a group of 19; 5 families with children ranging from 2 years old to 5 years old. The venue was perfect for us; the kids loved the bunk rooms and the huge dining room. The grounds are well cared for and provided an exciting and safe place for our children to explore. They particularly enjoyed toasting marshmallows by the fire pit outside! The adults managed to take advantage of the hot tub a couple of times too which was a lovely treat! And a few competitive games of table football in the games room. Overall a fantastic stay - we are already making plans to return next year!

Spacious and comfortable house for our family of 6 during a rainy February half term. The main reason to rent this place was the pool and sauna which didn’t disappoint and was great for our kids. There is a builder’s merchant right next door to the house which isn’t obvious from the photos but was not a particular problem with respect to noise etc. Lots of great walks nearby - which we will have to rediscover in the future in better weather! Thanks to Phoebe and the owners for making us feel welcome and for being available and responsive to our questions.

Picked the Lodge for a Bank Holiday break with friends and it didn’t disappoint. We were warmly welcomed by Mel who gave us some great local recommendations. House was clean and had all the required amenities. Having the pool for the morning was great fun. Would recommend Small breeds centre if you have young children and Hay on Wye for a wander round

Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! Amazing stay at the Chapel.. house was lovely and perfect for our little family staycation. Clean and everything you needed - perfect find. The pool was an added bonus… the kids did not want to go anywhere…. Thank you and will be back for sure!!

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

It was a nice experience to stay at this 2bed apartment, if I ever needed a place to stay for a few days I will still pay for this two bed apartment.

New build, well laid out, well situated for visiting local attractions. Morrisons store within walking distance and despite the area still being developed it was really quiet.

Perfect for a couple and so nice she lets a pet stay. Really convenient for venues in south Birmingham and to motorways. Lovely courtyard garden. It was hot but bedroom fan worked well despite having to keep windows closed due to traffic noise. Great value too. Just a couple of silly things - pot lids? Perhaps it was me but couldn’t fine. And please … a cafeteire (pretty essential)! A great base for a week of physio and local hospital. Made it all so much easier :-)

Really homely house made a weekend visiting family so easy and will definitely be back

The host was great and provided all the information we needed in a timely fashion. They were very responsive to our messages. I requested that the Kingsize beds be split into singles and everything was done perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and there were fresh towels for us on every bed. The amenities were perfect for us as a large family and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Absolutely brilliant and so much better than having to use several hotel rooms.

Lovely clean welcoming house. Was perfect for family stay. Plenty local shops and takeaways. Communication was excellent.

We had a very nice stay, within easy reach of Alton towers and lots of shops and nice restaurants in the area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

We stayed at Emma’s place whilst visiting family in Wolverhampton, a great find! Very clean and tidy and good facilities. Would definitely return! If I was to pick one fault it would be lack of a mirror to get ready in with being a woman!

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.

Anne’s place was simply perfect for us and our aging dog. Lovely space next to the house for walking etc. House was clean and had everything you needed for a long or short stay. Next to the town Main Street and all amenities and restaurants. Roger was a lovely man and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay and will be back again if they will have us! We booked with Lou quite late but she was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome with lots of personal touches (milk in the fridge, chocolates on the side) which made us feel at home especially after a long drive. The accommodation was clean and well equipped with plenty of space for five adults and although we didn’t have a dog with us Lou provided plenty of things to make dogs feel welcome too! It’s a short walk into the centre of town with lots of pubs, shops and a large Waitrose. We were also lucky enough to experience the transport festival whilst we were there. Thanks so much for welcoming us in to your home Lou and helping to make our stay so great.

Had a wonderful weekend celebrating 60th birthday with grown up ‘kids’. Accommodation was perfect - spacious kitchen and dinning area, good games room, lovely lounge and nice modern bedrooms. Location was beautiful and peaceful - need a car to get to pubs shops restaurants etc but that was no issue. Weather was helpful being April - sunny and springlike which allowed us to enjoy the gardens and surrounding area.
