David was a great host, and the property was perfect for my visit to Notre Dame. It was an easy walk to campus. The place was very comfortable and well-maintained. I would happily stay with David again.

We are returned guests and highly recommend staying at Emily and Shawn’s place. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and have always made us feel welcomed and at home. The apartment is very clean, spacious and located right in the middle of the downtown area. There are several great restaurants (we particularly love Mediterina, Parea and Blockhead) cute boutiques, great coffee houses and a fabulous specialty gourmet market that has quite a great selection of wines and cheeses within walking distance.

Lovely hosts, clean apartment, good location. She also had pretty quick communication when we couldn’t get into the door at first.

The place is was very nice and clean! Price is worth it and it’s also very relaxing. The hosts were very nice and welcoming too! Would stay here again if in the area!

Maggie’s studio is compact, manageable, and well maintained. Maggie always responded very quickly, which was much appreciated!

My partner and I booked a last minute stay here on our way back from a road trip. Ryan was very responsive (within 30 minutes) and we loved staying at the house. The backyard was perfect to let our dog run around off leash and the house was very cozy. The neighborhood is very quiet and you’re just a few blocks from the best ice cream place in the midwest, Oinks. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Benton Harbor. Our kids loved taking our small dog out for walks and seeing the beach and sunsets nearby. We had a great time on our vacation which was not far from great locations like St. Joe’s, Holland and even Grand Rapids. We highly recommend Ethan’s Air B and B and look forward to coming back in the summer.

The house was exactly as described and had no issues with anything. We stayed for 2 nights and anything we had forgotten, there was a dollar general nearby.

AMAZING LOCATION! I'd like to point out that I stayed in this location for a month. I'd also like to point out that I will be returning. This place was very clean, neat and newly renovated. I have a phobia of bugs and didn't encounter anything the entire stay. The neighbors were very nice. The block was peaceful and not to busy. Not to mention Nikki was the best host that I could've ever asked for. She was extremely responsive and very personable.

I stayed here with a few friends and had a wonderful time! Everything in the Airbnb was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear and simple check-in and check-out instructions, which I really appreciated! I think the bed I slept in had a memory foam topper as well, which was extra nice after a long day of traveling. The kitchen was also stocked with snacks, coffee and tea, and water bottles, which was a thoughtful touch. The proximity to Notre Dame’s campus was also perfect! The next time I come back to South Bend, I would check here first to see if it was available before looking anywhere else!

We absolutely loved staying at Tim's place in New Buffalo. The house is super cute, can sleep everyone comfortably, and is in such a great location. We look forward to making this an annual trip.

While it was too cold to use the outdoor space, the overall experience was still great. The host was responsive when needed, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

Host was friendly and responsive. I found the kitchen to be well stocked. I spent most of my time watching Netflix on the big screen in the living room, with the blackout curtains! Everything was clean and well kept, you can tell the owner takes good pride in the condo. I especially liked the secure garage parking!

We absolutely loved the location of this condo! It was quiet and a good family friendly spot. We were able to easily walk to the beach and could have walked into town as well. The condo was clean and felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again next year!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

This hotel efficiency was a lovely and welcoming space. It was clean and quiet and located not too far from Lake Michigan. the town is small, but there are wonderful breweries and some good restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again. Nicole was very responsive and her instructions were clear.

Dave made us feel right at home and answered any questions we had. His place is near restaurants and stores which were very convenient! It is also a 12 minute drive to the national park and there are so many places to check out. It’s about a 45 minute drive to Chicago and there’s a train nearby if you want to take that instead into the city. I highly recommend staying here Dave’s place was clean and he was an amazing host!

We stayed here for five nights while in town for a memorial service. This was absolutely, hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had yet! The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt totally safe. The unit was spotless and so comfortable! Exactly as pictured, which is so refreshing!! Everything was well cared for and we had so much room for our things. Sharon was kind enough to leave water, coffee and a few welcome snacks, which is so nice and unexpected! The bed is also comfy with premium sheets and more than enough towels. The deep bathtub was also a pleasant surprise. The reason for our visit was a sad occasion, but the warm, comfortable acomodations really helped us cope - it felt like home. This will be our “go to” place when we come to visit family!
