The place is peaceful and quiet, we had a dreamless night for the first time in many years! Just 9 mins walk to white elephant cafe which we enjoyed in the morning, bedsheets and all other things are clean. Would come back again!

This is a lovely, clean and tidy, well furnished and presented home in a great location. It is easy walking distance to the beach, white elephant cafe, and the common bistro. The hot tub is divine!

We had a wonderful stay at KayaKarri15 during our visit to Margaret River. The location was perfect, an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants and being located right on the edge of the forest was so peaceful and beautiful. The house was lovely…beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Note the house next door is mid construction but the builders were very respectful and didn’t make any noise early in the morning. Communication with our host was friendly and prompt and check in instructions clear. One of the best AirBnB’s we’ve stayed in, highly recommended.

This place is perfect! It’s close to everything while being tucked away from the main road. 3 toilets is an absolute treat when you’re staying with a full house. Overall our stay was fantastic, my in laws were happy, our rooms were clean and it was just easy! I would definitely recommend staying here again!

Lovely place in a great location. Everything was neat and clean. Kasey communicated check-in and check-out process very clearly with helpful instructions. The house was as explained on the listing, and it never felt crowded with six adults staying. Plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend this place for a Margaret River stay.

Location, Location, Location...could not be better really. you are in town just to right and to left are river walks. We were here a month and kitchen and BBQ got great use and are well equipped. would consider staying for 3-4 months, so guess we are pretty pleased with it. Very pleasant.

We had a perfect stay! The house is ideally located to explore the Margaret River region, and we immediately felt at home. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better base—highly recommended!

Awesome place, one street back from main street of Margaret River, we could walk to dinner or gelato or for a spot of shopping. Woolworths was on the same street for our groceries, only 300m or walk. 3 very large bedrooms with ensuites in each, good size kitchen with everthing you need, nice outdoor setting for BBQ and beautiful gardens which look awesome especially at night when you turn the lights on outside. The place has everything you need, they have thought of everything and more! It was also very clean which was important to us as that's how we keep our own home. Its nice and modern, smart TVs for watching movies or some sport. I would return to same place if we were to visit Margaret River again.

Lovely house to stay while exploring Margaret River. Walking distance to the town for breakfast and dinner. Secure parking in the car port. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Margaret River!!

Friendly host, with great local recommendations that kept us entertained during our stay at Margaret River. The house is at a peaceful location that overlooks the garden and grassed open space behind, opening up to the East for nice morning sun whilst starting the day with a coffee from the nespresso machine. The alfresco also has an outdoor heater. The attention to detail throughout the property was impressive - especially the heated towel racks in the bathroom. The location is short drive from wineries, beaches, and the main town center. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable base to explore the Margaret River region.
