الشقه رائعه جدا ومريحه الاسره كلها مريحه رائحة الشقة جميله أثاثها بحاله جيده جدا متوفر فيها أدوات مطبخ وغسالة ملابس الاضاءه ممتازه مع توفر مفاتيح بجانب السرير مكيف في كل غرفه بمفتاحه الخاص. منطقه حيه قريبه من كل شئ استمتعت كثيرا بالاقامه في الشقة.

A cozy little hideaway, tucked away between mountains, this is an ideal escape from the busy life of the Emirates. If you need a quick getaway for some peace and quiet I highly advise you choose this villa. I have now stayed here for a month as I am working nearby in Hatta, after a busy day I find this location very comforting. It's wonderful to sit outside as the night rolls in and watch the sky light up with stars. With mountains all around the area stays relatively cool with wind blowing through nearly all day long. Even during the month of August which has seen high levels of humidity paired with typical summer temperatures the climate in the area has felt comfortable. For people looking to explore the surrounding areas, such as Hatta, this villa is ideally situated a short drive away, there are no issues with traffic and it is far quieter than places located closer to Hatta's main attractions. The host is fantastic, attentive and helpful. I hope to visit again in future!

We loved our stay! The location is fantastic—just 100 meters from the sea, and the communal pool in the complex, open until 8 PM, was almost always empty. Delivery from shops and restaurants was impressively fast. A special thanks to Mr. Fares, who quickly resolved any questions or issues we had. One day there were some oil spills, but they cleared up fast and it’s not related to the property. Our only suggestion would be to add a dishwasher. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent place to chill and relax. It's close to all Hatta's attractions and the view is simply amazing. We love the decoration of the place and the big space outdoor. The house guard "Seraj" was extremely helpful and very responsive. We loved the place and plan to come back again!

He was a great host! Said we could check in early and late as Noone was checking out after. He was really responsive! Definitely recommend

Villa was beachfront and so calming. Enjoyed the plunge pool.
