A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

We are currently having some work done in the basement until mid July. Industrial fans may be on throughout the day and possibly night, but the contractors will only be working during business hours.
