5 stars isn’t enough! Staying here was an absolute dream! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-stocked the apartment was. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—and then some! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Louisville, with easy access to amazing restaurants, live music, and local attractions. But what really sets this place apart are the incredible amenities. The rooftop lounge with skyline views was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The fitness center was fully equipped, clean, and spacious—way better than your average hotel gym. And having secure parking made everything hassle-free. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming, luxury experience. Whether you’re in town for work, play, or a little of both, you won’t find a better place to stay. I’ll absolutely be booking here again next time I’m in Louisville!

I absolutely adored my stay this weekend! Such a cute Air Bnb very centrally located by all the amazing shops and restaurants in the Nulu area. We definitely will reserve this Air Bnb next time we are in town!

What a fantastic stay! Ronnie’s place is absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable with great attention paid to every single detail. Ronnie was very responsive and gave great recommendations for dinner during our stay. Ronnie’s place knocks it out of the ballpark on all levels. FABULOUS HOST AND APARTMENT!!Needless to say, we hated to leave, but will DEFINITELY return!

Location Location Location!Loved our stay at Steven's Airbnb. Adequate parking. Airbnb was clean, sheets were clean, couch was comfortable, provided coffee and working coffee maker. Additional deadbolts felt secure and safe. I liked that the two rooms had their own space with the living room in between and even though there's one bathroom, it's private and was not an issue sharing with another couple.

St. Matthews continues to be a wonderful place to use as a base for touring Louisville and surrounding areas, especially the bourbon trail. Meagan's place is very comfortable and comes with all the amenities to make your stay pleasant. The condo is spacious and extremely clean. Communication is fast during all times of booking. Love this "home away from home".

The house was perfect for our needs! We were partaking of the bourbon trail and were also able to work a thoroughbred tour at Winstar farms in as well - would highly recommend. The decor and floor plan is very comfortable and inviting. The porch out back was very nice for a nosh and a glass of wine. We walked easily to town central for dinner. We had a delicious cocktail at Liam Ash. The server there was a wealth of information about bourbon culture. There are many great restaurants in town too. Paula is an excellent host and we hope to return soon - thank you!

We had a wonderful time in Louisville at this charming house in the Highlands neighborhood. I loved exploring all of the local shops. The house is in a perfect spot, super close to everything and on a beautiful street. Ashli was so helpful, warm, and friendly!

A fabulous home for our 10 days in the Louisville area. We loved the tree lined roads and houses around us. For us this was the perfect small American style house we were looking for. It is very tastefully decorated, plenty of towels available and the washing facilities were appreciated. So many features and we loved all the Kentucky Derby memorabilia. The Wiltshire Pantry Bakery on the corner of East Breckinridge/Barrett Avenue less than 5 mins walk is an absolute must and we were spoilt for choice with eateries further down Barrett and on Baxter Avenues. Louisville downtown was a 10 minute drive with NuLu, The Big Four Bridge and Mellwood close by, Cherokee and Iroquois parks were favourites, so much to see and do. So positioning for our stay was perfect. We had no reason to contact our hosts but all booking management was handled both promptly and efficiently so a big thank you for making the process smooth. All in all the perfect place for our visit.

house was absolutely amazing attention to detail was immaculate home was super easy to get into this place was absolutely beautiful from the well manicured lawn to the laundry room and everything in between was super close to anything you'd need but far enough to be peaceful in the evening neighborhood was super friendly everyone waves and everyone as they pass by.

My family enjoyed our stay in the house. It was clean and very accommodating. Hoss is a great host and was attentive to our needs. Location is good also. I would definitely recommend.

The 5 of us all really liked Alberto's home. It was nicely furnished, comfortable with plenty of seating for us all, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were more than enough blankets and towels. The backyard is very private and Alberto left us some firewood for the firepit which we enjoyed after a long day of walking, sightseeing, and tasting bourbons. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and the cemetery where M. Ali is buried is basically 2 blocks away. We all agreed that we would stay at this Air B & B again should we find ourselves in Louisville in the future.

Stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. Very clean place, easy to check in and out, great coffee place and restaurants nearby, and the pool/ping pong table was a lot of fun for us in our down time. Is recommend this place to anyone visiting E-town! Thanks, Tracey, for the wonderful stay!

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊

We stayed during the Great Flood of the Kentucky River in April, 2025 and were evacuated due to flooding. Jon was extremely communicative and helpful and so friendly. Great host!

Great place for up to 5 persons, but still a great deal for as few as 1 person. Extra perks such as a record player, literature, and partial access to streaming services on the TV. Close to downtown by car, and pedestrian-friendly— lots of walking areas and nearby green space.

This place was spectacular! It's a great location with several restaurants & bars within walking distance. We stayed for a concert at the YUM center, very easy to walk to from John's place. Very homey & comfortable. John stocks the condo with many additional amenities such as snacks, beverages & bathroom necessities. It was a very nice touch & greatly appreciated. You can't go wrong with this Condo it offers a lot & has so many things to do within walking distance. Very good communication also.
