A cozy little hideaway, tucked away between mountains, this is an ideal escape from the busy life of the Emirates. If you need a quick getaway for some peace and quiet I highly advise you choose this villa. I have now stayed here for a month as I am working nearby in Hatta, after a busy day I find this location very comforting. It's wonderful to sit outside as the night rolls in and watch the sky light up with stars. With mountains all around the area stays relatively cool with wind blowing through nearly all day long. Even during the month of August which has seen high levels of humidity paired with typical summer temperatures the climate in the area has felt comfortable. For people looking to explore the surrounding areas, such as Hatta, this villa is ideally situated a short drive away, there are no issues with traffic and it is far quieter than places located closer to Hatta's main attractions. The host is fantastic, attentive and helpful. I hope to visit again in future!

Dilshad is amazing host was very helpful and attentive and by far one of the best places i have stayed in shame it was already booked up or i wouldve extended! I look forward to booking here in the future.

We were torn between booking a 5-star hotel and this Airbnb — and we’re so glad we chose the apartment! The view of the downtown skyline was absolutely epic, and the price was the same as the hotel, but this felt way more unique and personal. It has full frontal view of Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountain, we had a first row seat to watch the shows. Adel, the unit manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful — especially during check-in and checkout. We had a dedicated parking spot in the shade, which made things super convenient. The swimming pool was a highlight, and we absolutely loved it. Plus, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are few minutes walk with tons of shopping/eating options. Overall, an amazing stay. Highly recommended!

One of my favourite Airbnb stays! Soha and Charbel are fantastic hosts - super friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. The apartment itself is lovely: the bed is really comfortable, the pool and gym are great, and the whole space is just easy to relax in. It’s in a brilliant location too - just a short walk to the metro, around 25 minutes to Marina Mall on foot, and surrounded by loads of great restaurants that are within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in JLT!

appartement spacieux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire machine a café expresso, machine a laver, grille pain, mixeur, tout les ustensiles nécessaire et inimaginable. la piscine ouvert jusqu'à 22h, propre avec une vue sur le burj et la petite marina (exceptionnelle). cette étage dispose d'un jacuzzi peu fréquenté, une salle de sport, hammam, sauna. Très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du burj khalifa et du Dubaï mall. il y a une supérette ouverte 24/24 au pied de l'immeuble, vous pouvezacheterune glace ou un paquet de cigarette a 4h du matin. L'hôte est au petit soin soucieux de notre bien être, très réactif et qui vient aux nouvelles. je recommande sans hésiter, j'aurais aimé y habiter, je suis chanceux d'avoir eu la bonne pioche. et si je devais y retourner je reprendrai le même, super expérience. Merci Ali, vous avez contribué à ce que mes vacances soit réussi. 5 étoiles ce n'est pas assez MERCi

الموقع يوفر الموقع وصول سلس لجميع اطراف المدينة والمواقع المهمه كما انه هادئ ومحمي من صخب المدينة المسكن النظافة: فوق الممتاز وكأني أول ساكن التأثيث: جميع المسلتزمات متوفرة كما أن ذوق نادية واختياراتها في الاثاث تعطي ميزة اضافية الشرفة: كنت اقضي معظم وقتي فيها حيث توفر مكان مميز للاسترخاء والعمل كذلك الحمام: لقد استمتعت جداً بالدش الدافئ والقوي لدرجة اني كنت استحم خمس مرات في اليوم 😊 المضيف: نادية شخص ودود ومهذب واستباقي كانت توفر لي المعلومة قبل سؤالي عنها وسريعة في الاستجابة المضيف المميز يجعل تجربة السكن مميزة نادية استثنائية وجعلت تجربتي مميزة بحق شكراً نادية ،، اتمنى ان يكون الجميع مثلك او على الاقل قريب من مستوى احترافيتك 🌹🌹

Had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again!

This place is in a great location and has a really nice interior. The photos make it look bigger than it actually is, but it’s still plenty big for 2-3 people. The host is super helpful and always ready to help. They’ll reply to your questions in minutes! I’ll definitely be booking again!
