房东人很好，房子很干净，性价比超高。住在村子里比住市区（尖沙咀、铜锣湾）等好多了。从大学站坐小巴去那里也很快。推荐！下次还会继续来这里

Maria’s New Territories, Hong Kong countryside residence was a great place to stay at, even though I only was there a few days. Her home is a quaint and simple place located on top of a hill among hiking trails. It is a good choice for those who are inclined for an active and natural experience. Although being out in a HK styled rustic environment, the location will still have all the common amenities like air conditioning and a washing machine. To reach Maria’s home from the common city transportation is actually pretty straightforward, and I appreciate that Maria took extra care to make sure I knew all the possible routes from her house to public transport. Maria is probably one of the best hosts I’ve met as she is very hospitable and loves to interact with all the guests at the house. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is well and even shared with us some very beautiful places in HK that are not common HK tourist sites, but are nonetheless rare treasures to behold.

The reviews are right… Maria’s property is quite special! Getting there was a bit confusing but Maria was very responsive and also picked me up where my taxi dropped me off. She also took me around and explained the nearby area. The room is a bit small but I found it to be cozy, with a great view of the city and mountains. It was so quiet and peaceful. Leaving the property and coming back was a workout (about 12 minutes to the closest bus terminal). But I quite liked the forced work out 😆. There’s also the option to take a taxi, and it was pretty inexpensive. Maria was an amazing host, very accommodating. I felt at home. Thank you again Maria! 🫶
