한국인인 제가 추천하는 숙소입니다 한국인이 많이 가는 호텔인 이비스 셩완 바로 옆에 있는데 요즘 이비스 셩완은 시설도 그렇고 후기가 많이 안 좋더라구요 홍콩 숙소 찾는 분들은 여기 에어비앤비 추천드려요 홍콩에서 사는 현지인 집 느낌 그대로 숙박하면서 위치적 장점도 같이 누릴 수 있는 곳이랍니다 바로 앞에 트램이랑 버스 다니구요 마카오 페리 근처고 MTR AEL 가깝습니다 집안 창문으로 보면 트램뷰일 정도로 바로 앞에 버정이랑 트램 정류장 있어서 침차이키 카우키 베이크하우스 제니베이커리 가는데 걷는 시간 포함해서 10분도 안 걸려요 무거운 거 기념품 사고 숙소에 두고 다시 나가기 좋고 오전에 다니고 잠시 숙소에서 쉬었다가 나가기 좋았어요 홍콩 호텔 정말 좋은 곳 아니면 비즈니스 호텔은 만족도가 떨어지잖아요? 안 그래도 짧은 해외여행 자는 곳까지 홍콩 느낌으로 채우시는 걸 추천합니다 아 참 그리고 여기 호스트분 굉장히 친절하셔요 전 체크인하고 끝일 줄 알았는데 여행객 말고 현지인이 맛집 추천부터 바 카페 추천까지 해주셨습니다 숙소 사진이 많이 없길래 반신반의하면서 일단 방문하긴 했는데 ㄹㅇ 고퀄이라 제가 나중에 Naver 블로그에 여기 후기 올려볼게요 '이비스 셩완 옆 에어비앤비 숙소' 키워드로 찾아보시길 바라요 아마도 1달 내로 올릴 듯 합니다 +제가 한국인인 걸 예약할 때 아셨는지 주방에 신라면도 구비해놓으셨음! 아 그리고 숙소 바로 옆에 웰컴마켓이랑 과일가게 있고 재즈 애플이랑 석가 팔아요

Great location tucked away in Causeway Bay minutes walk from the MTR. Really lovely apartment with everything you need, very comfortable beds and a lovely little living space to escape the hustle bustle of HK! Very clear instructions and easy to find and check in! Would highly recommend this little haven in HK!

Location, location, location! Susan’s small, but perfectly formed apartment is situated in a fantastic location, near to all amenities, public transport, cafes, bars and restaurants. Susan was so responsive and helpful in her messages and the flat was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Great neighbourhood and we had a lovely few days in Hong Kong. We would stay at Susan’s place again - it’s ideal for a couple or single person.

I had a great stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient, with convenience stores, the subway, and buses all nearby. I highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting!

This is a rare find in the context of Hong Kong apartments which are usually small and cramped. This unit is is smartly appointed to offer a very open space. The unit is housed in a high security apartment complex. It is located in one of the best locations in the HK island with easy access to the metro and other public transportation. The building uniquely offers two entrances, one accesses the Queen's Road Central at the lower level, and the other the Hollywood Road at the higher level. Together they offer you excellent options to two different neighborhoods and a vastly different lifestyle. The apartment is very clean, nicely maintained, has sufficient air conditioning, has a fully functional kitchen, and comes with both a laundry machine and dryer. If I have a chance to visit HK again, I will definitely look forward to staying here again.

My boyfriend and I had such a great stay at the cottage. The smooth communication with Suzie really helped us settle in. The place is right in the nature while steps away from town, truly a dreamy getaway :)

Terry was a very welcoming and friendly person. we had a great time. he gave us numerous tips of the area and very detailed pictures for transport.

The property is in a modern gated estate which is clean, private and secure. It is a very short short walk from the property to the HKUST (north) bus terminus for light buses, KMB buses and taxis, so has good transport links into the local towns of Po Lam and Hang Hau for local shopping or to connect to the metro lines into the city. The property itself is very spacious and all en-suite, with an additonal couple of guest toilets, and air conditioning is effective throughout. We needed a property with a good kitchen to cook our own meals due to dietary requirements, and the kitchen did not disappoint - it had all that was needed to cook meals for a family of seven. The only thing missing was a dish-washer, but that was a minor point. If arriving at the property by taxi, direct the driver to the back entrance to the estate on University Road (first entrance on the right). Would strongly recommend this excellent property and would not hesitate to stay again.

The place is a bit difficult to find especially when it is dark(a long gravel path and somewhere no street lamps), the village is very rural. The equipment is enough with the large garden with roof and a high pressure hose because I brought a bicycle there; you must need to burn mosquito coils doing something outside. Faye was not there during my stay so I could use the whole floor myself. When the check-in, her mother introduced me to the house and her brother helped me sometimes. And her replies were very fast and helpful!

Polly’s beautiful home is a wonderful respite from our city homes. The house is adequately furnished with all the amenities you need, the beds are comfortable and the sounds of nature wakes you up in the morning. The kitchen is well furnished (stove,oven n microwave) should you be cooking your meals there. Communication with Polly is also fast and efficient. We would love to come back and stay again if the house is available.

Randy’s place was quiet, peaceful, and spacious, particularly by Hong Kong standards. It’s an especially great base if you’re visiting or studying at CUHK and/or hoping to explore or hike in this part of the New Territories. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in HK!

Our family of four had a great stay at Mark’s place. We had just come from a week of bustle in Kowloon so we really enjoyed the quite comfortable home in South Lantau island. The girls liked jumping on the trampoline and being close to nature. The beach was a short walk and really fun. We also had a lot of time to relax and enjoy ourselves. The beds were very comfortable and we slept incredibly well. Mark and Ara were exceptionally responsive and helpful for us. Much appreciated!

This apartment is gorgeous, and my fiancee and I had a fantastic time in Hong Kong. The apartment is very spacious for Hong Kong, and my fiancee and I had ample storage space during our 4 nights there. The apartment doesn't have much decoration, but the view of Kowloon and the harbor more than makes up: I'd wake up every morning and just stare out the window (and snap a couple pics). The building is super nice - doormen, marble floors, crystal chandeliers. The pool is a little tricky to get to (you have to swipe into the clubhouse - the first door to your right on the veranda) but is beautiful (just a note: signs will say the pool is closed even when it isn't; always check at the clubhouse just in case.) This is the nicest building I've ever stayed in, and the location is very convenient (about a 30-min walk from the harbor or history museum; right next to the Night & Jade markets, 15-min walk to subway and the bus to Stanley market or Aberdeen - plus a building shuttle to Kowloon station & the airport express). Eric was very easy to communicate with, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended for a great experience!

A home away from home! This is a gorgeous apartment in a brilliantly convenient location to enjoy a great visit to Hong Kong. The apartment had all of the amenities you would possibly need and is very well maintained and clean. The host is extremely responsive - offering friendly and helpful information both before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Hong Kong.

Very communicative host, clean and in my opinion large place (for Hong Kong). The transit options nearby are fantastic. Washer/dryer in unit is also really convenient, bed was comfortable, and the wifi is fast. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay! Annikka had been very responsive, easy to communicate. The apartment was lovely decorated, spotless, and super clean instruction was given to use the facilities. Would love to stay here again in a heart beat.
