Our stay was great. Everything my family and I had planned out was on the strip, so the location of the hotel was super convenient. Also, being able to overlook the river from the balcony was also very soothing. The host was responsive and helpful regarding our parking situation as we had more than one vehicle. Overall, The pricing was great for the location and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent vacation spot for Ohioans on a school fall break; outdoor pools are heated and the resort is close to attractions (fun new mountain rollercoaster) and yummy restaurants. Only 1 hr from Clingmans Dome! Hosts had excellent communication

We are senior citizens and enjoyed the creek sounds. There was a racetrack in front of the hotel, but I have to say, it really didn't bother us. We walked everywhere we went. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast at Reagens Pancake House. We also had dinner at the Old Mill, and the next day lunch at Golden Corral. We walked to both. No problem. We would stay here again.

The room was great. It was comfortable and clean and had great water pressure. The in room jacuzzi was nice after a long day of hiking. I also enjoyed to elevator, so carrying stuff to and from the room was a breeze. It did have a bit of loud music from the business across the street, but was quiet after 10pm.

Space was as described in & looked like the photos. Easy to find and lots to do surrounding. Seen a bear our first night there from our door way. Would stay here again. It was perfect

My family of 4 stayed for 1 night for a last-minute booking. The main strip of Gatlinburg was an easy walk to everything: shops, restaurant and entertainment. It was close enough to access it all but just far enough that you couldn't hear the buzz of how busy the main strip was. Also, very close to Gatlinburg Trail and Sugarlands visitors center. The booking also included parking, which was huge. Parking in the area can be tough and can cost at least $20. The room we booked had everything we needed for the day/night. I really liked that it had an additional sink outside of the bathroom. There was also a mini fridge to store our leftovers. Beds and the room were clean and comfortable. They also had a grab and go breakfast which suited our needs: breakfast bars, juice, coffee, water, tea, cereal, milk, etc. If you're looking for a place to stay close to town, this is a great spot. It does not have all the bells and whistles other hotels have, but for this price point, it was great!

Booked a night last minute to extend my stay and would have booked another if it wasn’t taken. Perfect location and beautiful place!

Alexander did a great job at responding to any questions we had. We unexpectedly were able to arrive early and he and the facility accommodated an early check-in for us. We had rented a single space and Alexander actually upgraded us to adjoining apartments. So the space was much larger. Would definitely recommend renting from Alexander! I know when we go back, we definitely will be using him again.

Beautiful place the flower bushes and the tree smelled so beautiful! The place was nice, has many pillows and blankets! We would definitely stay again! The bath tub was very relaxing!

The unit at the resort was perfect for our needs. We were able to take advantage of the pool and services provided. We were comfortable and relaxed. The area is great for restaurants and entertainment plus we were able to enjoy the Smokey Mountain National Park
