I recently had a fantastic stay at Elk Springs Resort! The cabin was beautifully appointed, offering stunning mountain views and a cozy atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, from the hot tub to the well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby trails and attractions. We saw bears (from a safe distance) every day!

Wonderful cabin! It fit our family perfectly! The pictures and descriptions were right in point… what isn’t mentioned: cloud-like beds, well equipped kitchen, bird songs, amazing view, peaceful refuge nestled at perfect distance from town/attractions. Two thumbs up!

Incredibly clean place to stay and very responsive host. I would absolutely stay here again. Not a far drive from nearby activities but just far enough to appreciate the peaceful location.

Double H was an absolutely wonderful experience for us. Compared to all the identical cabins listed in the area with their cheesy decor, Double H is a place with heart, and it will truly make you feel cosy and welcome. This is by far the best place to stay around here for the price and experience. The beauty was matched only by the privacy, as long as you love animals. The llamas and donkeys were so friendly and a joy to pet and feed fruit. I highly recommend this AirBnB.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

Wyatt was great to deal with and answerd all of my questions I had booking my last minute weekend stay at their beautiful property on Jayell Ranch. Our cabin was beautiful and oh so peaceful, we hated to go.

Laura’s home exceeded all expectations, the pictures are beautiful but the home still outshines them. She is extremely responsive and helpful from the moment you book until checking out. The home is by far the best my family and I have been to, it’s very well stocked and she even goes above and beyond to have the small things. She even has a “just in case” box with supplies you may have forgotten. My whole family loved the game room, especially the karaoke machine and air hockey table. The property itself is an easy drive and very private, there is no cell service but the wifi works perfectly. If you’re coming to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg you absolutely should choose Laura’s home, the price is beyond fair for all the amenities.

Sherri's home at the River Place is stunning and close to local attractions. We held our daughter's rehearsal dinner at the River Place Venue which was absolute perfection. The home was stunning and matched all pictures and descriptions. It was clean and had all of the accomodations we needed. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to experience your home and be a part of our daughter's magical wedding at the Magnolia in Pigeon Forge!

Private, peaceful, pristine! Melissa and Mike's property has everything you need for a perfect stay in the Smoky Mountains. It is well-appointed, immaculately clean, and convenient to all area attractions. The ductless ac/heating system works like a dream! Melissa and Mike are quick to respond to any questions or needs. Listen to the birds sing and the cows moo while enjoying a gorgeous view from the the back deck!

This was our second stay here. The next time we go to the Townsend area we will check here first for availability. Great hosts and cabin!

Cherry blossom, Lodge was amazing! The house, the games and the creek/riverare all wonderful! If you’re considering staying in Townsend, this is where you should stay! Meredith, was awesome with her communication, and we will definitely be back to stay!

We stayed here for spring break with 3 kids and we absolutely loved the place. Beautifully decorated and very private. The hosts were very friendly and very responsive. I loved the old time/vintage feel of everything inside and didn’t want to come home. Close enough to everything, but far enough away that you’re not stuck in the big city or traffic and noise. The house and history of it is exactly the kind of place I look for when going out of town. Would stay again.

Casey was an amazing host! The cabin was in a beautiful, quiet area which was perfect for our trip during Rod Run. The cabin itself was also absolutely stunning and felt just like home away from home. Definitely hope to stay with her again in the future!

What a special place!! We loved everything about this property! Such a cozy and “sweet” home. My parents were with me, both were raised in East Tennessee. My father is 88 and my mother is 83. What wonderful memories this place brought back to them. We enjoyed every moment! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It will always be one of our favorites!! PS- Dad loved the snack basket!!

This cabin was clean and exactly as they described. It was super nice and it felt just like we were home. They made us feel super welcomed and the hot tub out back was nice and private from any neighboring cabins and the fireplace to snuggle up to when we got out of the hottub was just perfect for our anniversary getaway weekend. Perfect weekend!!!

What we loved the most was the fully fenced yard surrounding the house—it allowed our pup to explore safely and freely. While it’s not uncommon to have some space for dogs to roam in the Smoky Mountains area, it’s actually rare to find a property that’s truly fully fenced. Unless your dog has an incredibly solid recall, it’s not worth taking the risk—especially with all the wild animals around that could easily catch your dog’s attention and trigger a chase. Brian himself was also incredibly kind and helpful—even going out of his way to assist us with things that weren’t really his responsibility. He still took time out of his day to help, and we truly appreciated that. Overall, the communication and stay were smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—especially those traveling with dog

this was the perfect house for my two adult children and I. Everything that we wanted to do was within a 15-20 ride. the house was very clean and spacious. the kitchen provided everything we needed and the response time is very fast from the hosts. we would definitely stay again.

Karen's place was very clean, beautifully decorated felt like a home, much better then a hotel. Our kids loved the arcade, it was convenient to be 15mins away from everything. I would recommend Karen's place ro anyone, and we would absolutely stay again if we return to Tennessee

Overall, this cabin is a great getaway location for a couple. The view from the back porch is absolutely amazing. The location was perfect for quick trips to downtown Gatlinburg or to Pigeon Forge. A few minor amenity upgrades and this place would be perfect. Highly recommend.
