Surf or swim at Rules Beach which is only a short stroll (approx. 100m), fish in Baffle Creek, visit Wreck Rock National Park or go for a drive along the beach which is 4WD accessible. Eagles Outlook is an exceptional property situated overlooking the Agnes Water surf beach. Easy stroll to beach & shops, a small house features two bedrooms, beautiful ocean views, full kitchen, bathroom, & air conditioning. Take a refreshing dip in the magnesium pool, and cook a BBQ on the balcony. Note, the property comprises the main house plus two studio apartments (see Airbnb listing Eagles Outlook Studio). Guests share the pool & laundry facilities. Absolutely no pets or parties.

This 2 storey 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms and a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Turkey Beach House

Our holiday rental located in Turkey Beach is part of a quiet community, that is both family and pet friendly. Less than an hour’s drive from Gladstone it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a great little beach with a safe swimming enclosure, a boat ramp less than 2 km from the house, and has a small general store. Creek and estuary fishing is located close by and there is also easy access to the Barrier Reef & ‘Bunker Group’ for awesome fishing, diving, and boating.
