Jo and Peter were superb hosts, friendly, informative with a delightful continental type breakfast too, we never felt rushed and they were very unassuming with their flexibility. We would definitely recommend a stay with them and intend ourselves to stay again.

I booked last minute and received a wonderful welcome from Babs :) Her home is beautiful, lovely bedroom , very comfy bed, lovely linen, spotlessly clean, well situated on a quiet residential street , just a block from lively Lewes road which has plenty restaurants/coffeeshops/bars as well as good bus connections ! Babs also provides complimentary tea/coffee , continental breakfast with fruit and yoghurt , which was an unexpected treat, she truly deserves the superhost accolade! I will gladly return in the future and would happily recommend Thanks Babs !!

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

The host was very nice, we had a great time! There’s a fried chicken place nearby that’s cheap and good too. Everything is well prepared and is very clean when we checked in. The location is walkable to both the train station and bus station.

Thanks so much for a lovely end to our cycling trip. Linda was a great host, greeted us on arrival, and was always happy to answer any questions we have had. Apartment was very clean, spacious, beds comfortable. We nicely surprised by nice continental breakfast which was provided. Bathroom spotless, shampoo, soap etc…. provided. Location great in quiet part of Eastbourne, very close to South Downs Way, 10-15min walk to the waterfront and beach. Local shops, pub and cafe only couple of min walk away. Once again thanks for great stay!!!

Great stay at Jeanette's home. Very friendly and welcoming host. Made to feel at home the minute we arrived. Great location to the town, with shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and will definitely return in the near future for another stay. Thanks Jeanette for a lovely stay.

We wanted a VERY dog friendly place as we were attending a wedding and have 3 dogs who weren’t invited. Carolin and Lukes’s place was great. Our girls were welcomed with water waiting for them, treats and a bed. We could walk them on the lead on site and there are lovely dog friendly walks nearby such as Leysdown-on-Sea Nature Reserve and beach. Carolin contacted us to see what our preferences were for breakfast and even left 1/2 lovely freshly laid eggs. The caravan was spotless and comfortable. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We stayed at the View for the weekend to celebrate my partners birthday and as a first holiday with our 5 month old puppy, Peaches. We had a lovely time, the house and grounds were stunning and so peaceful. We went for beautiful walks and bike ride and will recommend to anyone

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic location so close to the beach and pier. A really cosy and interesting flat which was lovely to come back to after a day exploring Brighton. We parked on Madeira Drive for the weekend which wasn’t very expensive and was close by. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for what we wanted for our stay exploring Dungeness. Clean, comfortable, compact.

Lesley's home was very conveniently located near where our business meetings are as well as all the shops and restaurants that we needed on the 5 days we spent in Chelmsford. Her home is pristine and the room where we stayed is very restful. Lesley is a brilliant host, getting out of her way to provide us with one of the best service we've had in an AirBNB stay and we have been in quite a few. We would certainly love to come back next time we have events in the area. Thank you very much for hosting us, Lesley! We're praying you more success in your AirBNB business.

Fiona was a stellar host. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. We very much enjoyed chatting to Fiona over breakfast and appreciated any advice given on how to get around the city. Vivian is friendly warm and kind, so helpful and considerate. She made me a packed lunch which kept me going all day on my road trip through France. I was up early and she didn’t mind. I needed to start my motor bike at 4am and she said it wouldn’t matter, just get on and do it. Lovely hostess. I felt completely welcome and at home.

John & Mandy were great host. They kept our rooms ready with fresh towels and napkins. The space is filled with personal pictures and has a great character of its own. John was kind to make us proper English breakfast and made us feel really comfortable and special throughout our stay.

L'accueil était chaleureux, et Mara est bienveillante et attentionnée Seul petit bémol : l’emplacement un peu éloigné du centre de Londres, nécessitant environ une heure de trajet en voiture. Mais pour ceux qui recherchent le calme après une journée en ville, c'est un bon choix

Had a wonderful stay! The room was bright and cozy, located in the attic, offering a lovely sense of privacy even though it was part of the same house. It was perfect for three people — comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. We also really appreciated the generous vegan breakfast provided, tailored to our dietary requirements. This was our first time using Airbnb, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Rachel and Morgan were super helpful and made us feel very welcome. On top of that, everything was very reasonably priced, especially considering there was no minimum two-night stay requirement like many other places. It truly made the stay even better.
