Was a great stay for me and my family at the Villa, it's amazing and facilities are perfect. Jasmina and Ana are great Hosts, perfect hospitality and quick response at all times.

Very nice and private area

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Super kuca za porodicni odmor. Ima mnogo mesta i razne opcije za zanimaciju i sportske aktivnosti. Tijana i njeni roditelji su jako prijatni i komunikacija je bila mnogo ugodna. Gornji deo kuce sa kupatilom nije mnogo moderno opremljeno, ali je sasvim prijatan, i komforan i cist. Hvala puno!

Goran’s place is a perfect escape for those who want to recharge without giving up comfort. A beautiful pool and sunbed area, a BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable outdoor sofa — everything is thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to prepare a delicious meal and enjoy a peaceful weekend without leaving this beautiful place. The internet connection was ok, and the pool temperature stayed around 26°C even when the air outside was only 17°C, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you to Goran and the housekeeper Anatolij for being supportive during our stay 🫶🏼

We had an amazing stay at the Danube villa. The view of the Danube from the villa was breathtaking. The villa was wonderful and nicely maintained. The host was very friendly and helped us with local recommendations. The next door restaurant is a must visit - we had lunch one day and breakfast another day and had lovely food. This place is worth a stay.

It was our second time in this house. Everything was great.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce logement qui était incroyablement confortable. Nous avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire. Le quartier est calme et il est facile de stationner devant le logement. Merci à la famille d'Ivana pour son accueil !

We really enjoyed our stay at Tanja's house. The property is spacious and well-equipped. A true highlight is the huge balcony on the first floor with breath-taking views of the city and the Danube. The morning sun is followed by a shadow and lovely breeze from about 11 am onwards, which makes the balcony a pleasant place to be outside even on a very hot day. Tanja is a great flexible host who makes you feel at home. Thank you very much for everything.

Initially we were going to go to a hotel for our last couple of days in Belgrade, Serbia after 2 months in Novi Sad. All the rooms were booked do to the European basketball tournament. Well that turned out to be a good thing because this place is great. What caught my eye initially was the price but seeing the pictures and realizing it was on the Sava River we decided this was it. It is a little bit out of the way but if you are looking for some peace and quiet this is the place. (Sometimes there are loud parties at night close by.) The main entrance is through a door to the lower deck area which also leads to the river. This area has a BBQ, bar, sink, other seating and wait fot it,.....party lights!!!!! To the right is a somewhat steep staircase to the living area with another door at the top. The upstairs also has another semi private deck overlooking the river. Being a total sun bum from California I spent most of my time on this deck. My partner but so much during the sunshine. Also at night the lights on the river are magical. The instructions with pictures for the TV, LED projector, sound system, wood burning stove and party lights were very clear. Awesome sound system by the way. Easy to connect your phone via Bluetooth and rock. The LED projector has a HDMI to USB-C cable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need plus an air popper, espresso machine, toaster, pots, pans, range and decent fridge. The couch/fold out bed was comfy as a couch and a bed. The deck furniture was perfect. Seriously, I lived in the sling beach chair. And prolly most important the place was very clean. The instructions to get here are very clear but the pictures are absolutley necessary. Since it is out of the way getting a taxi may be a challenge but the bus system is great. There is a bus stop on the main road next to the turn off for the property. Minutes away are great restaurants and bars along the river and lake. Dragan is a great host. He keeps in contact to make sure everything is perfect. We will definitly rent from him again.

Здравейте! Аз съм доволен и от хазяина, и от стаята - Владета отговори на всякакви питания за настаняването, спалните бяха с удобни легла и всички помещения бяха чисти. Препоръчвам за големи приятелски групи от над 10 човека и дошли за туристически обиколки.

Great apartment in Vracar. The location is very peaceful and great for remote work

We enjoyed our stay very much at Dragan's place. Comfortable, clean, very close to the airport. We were able to take the 72 Bus (public transportation in Belgrade is now FREE as of January 1st 2025) to the airport at 5AM and the bus runs regularly starting 4AM (check timetable online). The Ramazzotti pizzeria on the corner of Vojvođanska is a MUST TRY, 100% beautiful environment. GREAT pizza and great service, odlično. If you take a taxi, negotiate before you leave the airport and make sure they know the address is Surčin and not Belgrade. It is less than 10 minutes with the car; make sure you track your location on your phone to make sure you are going the right way (one hour to walk if you feel adventurous) and the bus is now free, so if you are willing to walk a few blocks (name of bus stop is Vikend naselje, Stop ID: 1761), it is perfect.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen oder langen Aufenthalt benötigt. Man hat quasi ein kleines Grundstück für sich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen, abseits gelegenen Siedlung, aber fußläufig ist eine Bushaltestelle erreichbar, die einen alle paar Minuten nach Belgrad bringt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. In der Nachbarschaft laufen freundliche Hunde herum, die einen häufiger besuchen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Ich habe mich in der Ferienwohnung vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Komfort und Details gelegt wird. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Super smo se proveli na Paliću. Domaćin je bio ljubazan i gostoprimljiv. Čitav ambijent je prelep a kreveti udobni. Sve je izuzetno čisto. Gledaćemo da ovde dođemo i leti kada možemo da uživamo u bazenu!🙂

Friendly and helpful hosts. Great location by the river. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby (try roasted pig at Pečenjara Djordje). Keep in mind there’s some noise from the public road if you stay downstairs. And ask for a fan if it’s hot outside. Also there is cool kayak rental nearby — search for ‘Rafting & Kayaking on Drina’ on Google Maps.

The weather was rough this time but the kids still enjoyed themselves. The ponies stayed closer to the house where they were easier to pet and the children enjoyed playing with some of the indoor toys. The picnic area at the house stays dry in the rain so it continues to be possible to be outside even in poor weather. I think there were more swallows (small birds) out in the rain than I have seen before. I recommend the path that goes between the public park and the Orthodox Church near by for bird watching. Overall good to be back. I appreciate diligence of the owners to fix things when normal house issues come up once in a while. We look forward to returning rain or shine🙂

A decent, clean, warm and practical place for a family to stay for a few days. The location was very convenient near the castle and center. Tram station very close by and a few shops for the basics. Parking space is tight but manageable even for a medium sized SUV (4.5m long) as long as the driver can manage tight spots. Parking is safe and very convenient, right outside the door.

Boravak je bio pravo uživanje! Srba je više nego ljubazan domaćin — uvek dostupan, spreman da pomogne i pruži korisne savete u svakom trenutku. Zaista divan čovek koji čini da se osećate dobrodošlo i opušteno. Smeštaj je prelep, sa očaravajućim pogledom koji ostavlja bez daha. Ceo prostor odiše toplinom i udobnošću, savršen za opuštanje i beg od svakodnevice. Ovo nam je već drugi put da se vraćamo kod njih, i svakako ne i poslednji. Sve preporuke!
