I can’t not say enough about how wonderful our stay was! Jonathan was absolutley fantastic. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location for walking around the area. We would definitely book here again.

Very comfortable stay, High ceiling makes it more of a comfortable stay especially for 6 feet and up.

If I could stay here longer, I would! They are amazing hosts and their home is just as great as they are. Extremely clean and friendly! Absolutely would recommend this place, regardless the length of stay.

I was looking for a peaceful place to study and relax. At this place I got more than I expected. Great location. The host was kind, responsive , clean and he let me check in late . He was available when I had questions yet gave me space. I was also Inspired by all of the plants and was pleasently surprised with the best homemade best BBQ ever!!!!

Chris and Tish's place was newly modeled, adorable, small but clean, comfortable and full of all the essentials needed for a pleasant long weekend. Tish is a sweetheart!! A caring person who did everything she could to make our stay perfect! Starbucks coffee, hazelnut creamer, scented candles, soft towels and Wi-Fi. The parking was off the street and safe, the neighbors were pleasant to us and the vibe was peaceful...the whole weekend! Tish even reached out to us the night we returned home to make sure we had a safe drive.

We had a good stay at Ted's place. It was close to our daughter and grandkids which was wonderful and just what we needed. Ted was always responsive and helpful. The only thing future guests should know is that there is no soap/shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. There was hand soap at the sink and kitchen soap in the kitchen. The kitchen amenities are very basic and don't really lend to full-time cooking which we had hoped to do. It met our needs and we would book again.

We enjoyed our stay! The pictures and description matched the rental perfectly! The rental was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the home-away-from-home experience of this property and would stay here again!

I stayed there almost a week. Peaceful place with patio and beautiful greenery outside the house. Great amenities available in the room. Comfortable parking space. Easy connectivity. Very private n no one around to disturb. Pansy is a great host. Very helpful and supportive. Very good at communicating.

The place was clean and comfortable! Only blocks from our event. Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and gadgets (electric kettle, Keurig coffeemaker, etc.) They even had some coffee K-cups! The neighbourhood was very quiet with a park square across the street. The host was very helpful when I had a question. They checked with us after check-in to make sure everything was as expected. I'd definitely rent this place again.

Great communication, easy checking in, clean and easy checking out. When I am back in this area I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The cottage was adorable and in a great location to historic Sanford. The beds were super comfy and it was well stocked. It was very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed our private deck for morning coffee. Next time we visit we want to enjoy the restaurant, the menu looked amazing.

The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

We only stayed here one night for a friend’s wedding but could definitely see it being a weekend or week vacation home easy! Carla was an amazing host accommodating to our every need with no hesitation. Place was extremely clean and felt like a tropical spot. Would recommend!

Good value close to I-Drive and Universal. Ubers were normally only 5-10 minutes and not expensive. It is fairly "walkable" to Universal for those that enjoy walking. Lol. The view is wonderful in the evenings....can see the lights of the attractions and just very pretty. It is half a block off of I-Drive and a couple decent restaurants and "toursity" things. There is a legit Irish pub near there that is AMAZING if you want a true Irish pub experience.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment is great, perfect for what we needed. The hotel is beautiful with a big pool and lounge area. AC worked great and there was plenty of bedding and extra blankets for our stay. The hosts were super friendly and flexible with check-in/checkout which made for a very peaceful last morning. 10/10 would recommend and we will be staying again next time we’re in Orlando!

Perfect cozy spot for couples. We stayed busy busy and mostly just spent the late evenings there. Bed was super comfy. Enjoyed the terrace as well. Pretty view. Nice decor. I did get a chance to spend a little bit of time at the pool, it was clean and there great sunlight to catch a tan. Thank you.

I stayed here w 2 teenage girls and my mom,and it was good for the 4 of us. Everyone had their own space and the 2 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was clean and we cooked many meals to save $. The pool was usually empty, which made it relaxing. The building felt safe even going to take out trash and laundry was safe and easily accessible. The door lock was a little loose but it still secured. We would rent again if back in Orlando !!

The unit was clean and well stocked. It was in a location accessible to restaurants within walking distance. Giovanni was extremely responsive and everything from check in to check out went very smoothly. The pictures represent the unit well, however, they do make it look a little bigger than it seemed in person. Overall great stay.

El lugar es tal cual las fotos. La zona es muy tranquila y hay parqueadero gratis siempre disponible. El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado. Flor estuvo pendiente de nuestra estadía. Universal está a solo 7-8 minutos.
