This was such a lovely home! Amie- Jane was very welcoming and provided a delightful breakfast. Her dog was very welcoming too, beautiful brown and white collie type, always up for a tummy scratch. The dog made us feel like we were right at home, so friendly! lovely and private cottage, beautiful big trees surrounding and waking up to the sounds of birds, sheep and being in a rural area was so peaceful. just the get away you need! highly recommend, thank you for having us Auntie-Jane.

Thanks for sharing your wee spot with us. Super peaceful. Loved the outdoor bath and logburner. The beds were very comfy too and warm duvets snd blankets! Lincoln and Leeston very close for a coffee or dinner. Drove to Taumutu.....wild and wonderful beach for walking. Amazing colours.

Such a gorgeous spot. Throughly enjoyed our stay, if peace and quiet is what you're after then t his location is perfect. Fully fenced section so perfect for dogs. Comes with a cheeky wee Weka family and a cute friendly fantail. Home now feeling recharged and we will definitely return. Many thanks. M & T Enright

We stayed 2 nights and the weather was awful. However, the open fires were great and the marshmallows to today on fire were yummy. the The house is old and floor creaks and has quirks but it is all part of the character of an old home. The heat pump and fires warmed the home especially the fire in bedroom. The extra personal touches like eggs and bath salts are nice. We had our dog and she was catered for also. Great price considering . Thanks Julia

Great place, perfect for a grouo

Everything was lovely! Lorraine was super helpful and responsive. She left us some fresh eggs (delicious!) and fresh towels on our second day. Thanks so much.

if you are travelling to Christchurch with a small group then this place is for you. Great house, good size bedrooms ,great kitchen and Lounge, plenty of space. The house has everything you need for a great stay. The house is set in lovely gardens and has a terrific deck space. Hosts are great and very helpful, really recommend this place.
