I love this house. It is clean and tidy, and all the amenities provided are very convenient. The backyard has a spacious area where the children can play. The host is very friendly. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Christchurch.

This was a perfect place to begin our NZ adventure. It was near the airport and convenient to shops and restaurants. Min gave great guidance and directions. The house was beautiful, clean, and modern. I highly recommend it to other travelers.

Have booked the property for me and my girls to prep for my wedding and for us newlyweds to just soak in the moment. Perfect location. This house is in a lovely area, very central and east to get to. We had a great family holiday here, all the amenities that you need. Host was very helpful and easy to contact had we were sent clear, helpful instructions for the house. Would highly recommend!

Great townhouse in the city - walkable to most amenities. Accommodated family of four perfectly. Parking available on street, got very good at parallel parking by the end of our stay! Would happily stay again.

The stay was very good. The owner was very proactive and kept the stay very neat and tidy. walking distance from the riverside market.

Wonderful spot to stay if looking for quick access to downtown activities. Can't wait to stay here again!

This was my second time staying at Ann-Marie's place in a week and it was truly wonderful and excellent both times. The place is absolutely beautiful and is surrounded by stunning scenery and a large gorgeous yard. The place is roomy, cozy, and has everything you need. The best part is Ann-Marie. She is super friendly and helpful and is always willing to support and help in any way possible. I truly enjoyed both of my stays here and I would definitely love to come back again. We had a lovely stay at the apartment! The place is extremely well insulated so we didn’t have to touch the aircon at all. It also keeps out most of the traffic noise. The bedroom did still have a bit of traffic noise so if you’re sensitive to that, take earplugs. The bed was firm but comfortable. It’s a beautiful walk to town via the park and river paths. It’s a beautiful place to be when you’re exploring Christchurch.

Trish and Mark’s place was the perfect cozy spot to conclude our trip in New Zealand. Despite the cloudy and rainy weather during our stay, their home had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was easy to find, thanks to the detailed directions provided by the hosts. Parking on Hagley Avenue was hassle-free, and there’s a convenient storage area for hiking bikes located just under the ladder to the house. The location is fantastic, close to the main shopping area and the river. I would highly recommend this place to any type of traveler!

Very nice stay, had everything we needed and very clean. Had great style too! Was a little noisy being next to the road but still totally worth the price. It was also very close to everything we needed. Would recommend! 😊
