magnifique maison, préparée avec soin et très propre ce qui est devenu rare. literie très confortable, dans une chambre cocooning. un régal. je recommande Le petit plus, toutes les instructions sont claires et structurées montrant la qualité et le sérieux des loueurs.

Appartement parfaitement situé dans le charmant village de Montigny-sur-Loing, accessible à pied depuis la gare, commerces à proximité. Très calme, bien équipé, spacieux. Benoît nous a donné des instructions d'accès souples, des idées de promenade en forêt de Fontainebleau et des indications sur les restaurants des environs. Séjour fort agréable !

Jacky est un hôte accueillant qui propose un logement soigné, agréable et joli. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse, idéale pour profiter du soleil lors des beaux jours.

Logement bien situé en centre ville proche de la gare, bien équipé, agréable de bonne dimension nous etions 3 avec un enfant le seul petit bémol si on ouvre les fenêtres (journée très chaude) on entend un peu le train rien a signaler

je recommande, très propre, prestations de qualité à tous niveaux, un beau jardin, très calme, stationnement possible, super!!!

Appartement est très joli et très bien équipé. Hôte super courtois, arrangeant et réactif . Le quartier est magnifique. Je recommande vivement ce logement .

Een prachtige airbnb dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Marie Claude gaf ons bij aankomst een warm welkom. Het huis is netjes en schoon en een goede uitvalsbasis om Parijs te bezoeken (40 minuten met de trein vanaf Marles en Brie).

Das Chalet war ein echter Glückstreffer. Die umgebende Anlage ist traumhaft zum Entspannen, Schwimmen und Paddeln. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr gut gepflegt und sogar eine Flasche Wein hat unsere Ankunft versüßt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

We had a lovely stay at Fabrice's place. The house has a modern kitchen with everything you could need. Bathroom and bedrooms excellent. The house and garden is situated on the river Loigne and is very private. The surrounding nature is beuautiful . The garden is enormous. There is a canoe and a kayak you use. It is difficult to describe how nice the house and surrounding is, we will certainly be back !

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Samantha et sa famille. Leur maison est très agréable, au bord d'une rivière, dans un magnifique jardin luxuriant. Il y avait plein de jouets pour nos enfants, un adorable chat. La région est magnifique (forêt de Fontainebleau, jolis villages, Loing...). Samantha a été très à l'écoute et disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

A little piece of heaven, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were outstanding, met us on arrival and helped with our luggage, the family were very polite and helpful. Magali took us around the accommodation. Aircon in both bedrooms which was a lovely treat. bottled water and beer in the fridge. The little boat across the river to the accommodation was so nice and a great experience. It was easy to find your way around the area. There is a local outdoor swimming pool with diving boards which was nice. €5. per child and €8 per adult, this was a great experience too! all in all so nice to find this little gem of a place and would recommend it.

We stayed at Stephane’s house for a family vacation from Monday to Friday. It was perfect for our company of ten (of which four children). The house is large with enough bedrooms and bathrooms, beautifully decorated, very quiet for good sleep, and with lots of entertainment (outstanding music collection, books and magazines, DVD’s, games, table football). There is a children’s playroom upstairs which was great because the weather was not optimal that week. Kitchen exceptionally well equipped! Nice and large garden with swings, and enough space to park three cars. Shops close by, and enough to do and visit (climbing, chateaux). Stephane our host was also very easy going and with good communication throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend!

Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, le logement est très agréable. A proximité des commerces et d'un joli parc situé à deux pas. En cas de problème ou de question, les propriétaires sont tout de suite à l'écoute pour les solutionner. Très bon séjour, nous y retournerons volontiers. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Very acomdating. And a pleasure to stay at. And easy to get to Disneyland which was our family’s main purpose of our trip. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
