We had a great stay, loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. The park and river front trails were great for morning walks. the house is very roomy, particularly the living room, dining room and kitchen. We would stay again.

Esther’s place was exactly what we needed for our large family. It was perfect to keep the kids entertained, especially with the weather we had. Everything was clean and in great working order. It was super convenient to everything we needed to do while on our trip. Esther made sure we had everything we needed and kept in touch through our stay. If you are looking for a great host and a beautiful home this is it!! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wichita.

Ava was a top-notch host— quick to respond to questions, helpful, and friendly. The home was just as it was described, and everything in the home was organized and clean; it was very well-furnished. It definitely had that College Hill charm that we love. We give this home our highest recommendation; it’s comfortable and inviting, and it’s well located, with walkability to a lot of shops and restaurants.

We rented this Airbnb due to the close proximity to the Park City arena for state wrestling. Everything was as described. Cute little house in a nice area. Location was far enough away to avoid crazy traffic yet close enough to go out and about as we chose. Thank you!

This home is a hidden gem! I'm so glad we booked Josh's beautifully furnished home! My family was easily accommodated by the five bedrooms with a roomy tri-level layout. We immediately felt at home. Everything we needed to start off was already there, it's very clean, and located near businesses. There is a comfortable game room in the lower level with games and books for the kids to read. We were in town for a funeral for a relative. Josh thought of little things that make a huge difference. For example, there was a gorgeous bouquet of flowers waiting for us when we arrived, along with a kind note acknowledging our loss, a snack platter, and water in the refrigerator! My family members were very happy to have a place to gather the day before and after the service. By the way, this was my first AIRbnb experience and Josh's well-appointed home and kindness exceeded my expectations! We would definitely stay here again if in town - highly recommend!

Home was perfect for 4 couples!! Close to shopping areas and restaurants on west side of Wichita. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely used the kitchen for breakfast!! Hardly anything to do before checking out other than towels to laundry room. 😊 We would definitely stay again when we travel to Wichita!!

Fantastic airbnb in a cool modern building with a boxcar train attached and multiple patios. Lovely interior with clean spaces and bright light from the giant sliding door wall that opens to the deck. This would be a great place to have a few friends over. If I ever find myself working at the theatre in Wichita again I will for sure look up this unit again.

The host was absolutely amazing. She responds back to you relatively fast. Everything in the home was clean and in place, very neat, very homie, quiet neighborhood. I had a 5 star stay and will be coming back to stay again. Thank you so much for your hospitality God bless you and your family.

Very pleasant stay. Lovely, comfortable home with just the right amenities. Host was available but unobtrusive. Perfect, relaxing getaway. Always better than a hotel!

The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Beds were comfy. Shower was great. A little tricky to find on first pass as it sits on the corner of Elizabeth st and Douglas. My GPS took us down Douglas then simply said we had arrived when we were still looking for Elizabeth. Turned around and found it easy enough and from there no issues. We enjoyed the stay as it is close to downtown area which is where we were spending our time.
