I am happy to share my exceptional experience with our John during our recent stay at their property. From the moment we arrived until our departure, they went ensure that every aspect of our stay was nothing short of great. Their level of responsiveness and attentiveness truly stood out. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, and they were readily available to assist us at any time. the location of the property was ideal, allowing us to explore the local area with ease. The host's recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. Based on this exceptional experience, we can confidently say that we would not hesitate to return to this Airbnb property in the future....def would do it again!

Nice place for a spring break getaway! The place looked a little bigger in the pictures but that's just photo perspective for ya, its in a cove so all the houses tend to be a little close to each other but coming in the off season it was nice and quiet. The hosts do have quite a bit of rules, all understandable, but maybe not the best place for kids if youre looking for a more relaxing family vacay. All in all good for the price!

Beautiful location right on the water. Can't wait to stay here again. Our family enjoyed many of the local caves and the state park while in Osage Beach. The kids started planning our next trip before we even checked out. This condo was in a great location near enough to do everything but far enough away to feel like an escape from real life. Worth every penny.

Beautiful, comfortable, large home in a great location on the lake, with a private dock and swim ladder. It’s within a quiet gated community close to the attractions, but far enough away that there is zero traffic noise and no loud parties in the neighborhood. The home has been renovated in several areas, and the new bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and relaxing. Fast wifi, great TV, lots of games and even fishing poles. The kitchen is very well appointed including a massive grill on the kitchen deck, and the living room furniture is very comfortable. The living room also has a stunning view of the lake. The host was very kind and attentive. Trista made sure I was settled in well and gave me a great list of nearby amenities including caverns, parks, restaurants and other entertainment. She even checked in on me thru the app during a thunderstorm to make sure I was doing alright.

Our stay was absolutely awesome and we will definitely be going back! Can’t thank Cameron enough for being so helpful and professional!

Juan’s place is an awesome choice. Highly recommend it for bigger groups, we slept 7 adults comfortably and there was couches and pullout beds to spare. Good size pool and heating it up was totally worth it given that we knew we’d be staying on a chilly weekend. Great stay overall.

B and B was nice but web pics made the place look bigger. Also 2 bedrooms were lower level and we thought they would be on main level. Description not clear as to layout Steps were a bit of an issue. Otherwise , enjoyed our stay and made use of fireplace , hot tub and fire pit.

Awesome experience and very accommodating host!

Had a couple of issues during the stay, however Maria and her husband Zane were very responsive and made sure that we were taken care of. We were previous owners of the property. Zane and Maria have made many upgrades to the property in the last five years. If you stay during the week you will have beautiful calm water and a peaceful stay. Weekends get a little bit busier on the water, but still very nice. If you stay over a holiday weekend, or the Shootout weekend it gets a little rough on the water. Coconuts is within walking distance. A little pricey, and a little hectic on weekends (in season). However, there are plenty of good dinning options within a 20 to 30 minute drive, and shorter by water. Thanks to Zane and Maria for providing a great experience.

It looks like a tiny home but there is a lot of space. You do have to climb a ladder to go upstairs but it is a large area with two beds. Downstairs there is another bed and sofa bed. The beds we used were very comfortable. It's a quiet street off the main highway with very little traffic. We will be back!

Great lil fishing cottage, with it's own dock. We'll definitely be back.

Randy's place was amazing. It was right on the water with its own dock. My kid's enjoyed swimming and playing on the pedal boat that was provided. The location of the house was very close to everything the Ozarks had to offer. Would definitely be back and book this house again. It was just as advertised.

We had a great time! Guy was very helpful throughout booking and the stay. The location has lots to do nearby as well.

Very easy cabin for access. It was clean and ready to go for our weekend stay when we arrived. The house had everything we needed for a fun friends get away. Definitely will be returning to Bens place!

Home is on a main road. For us, this was a plus. We were close to many restaurants and JCPenney. Although we weren't in Sedalia for the State Fair, it would be very convenient for anyone there for this purpose. Nice amenities like a steamer for clothing and robes in the closets plus some containers in the bathrooms with qtips, makeup remover wipes, etc. The kitchen was nice and included some snacks. The king bed was kind of squeaky and the mattress wasn't great, but the family members in the other bedrooms felt their mattresses were comfy. There is a TV in the living room and in the primary bedroom. Good space for parking in front of the garage. Easy checkout process!

This is our second time staying here and love it. My family can’t wait to go back.

Great little house amazing back yard not a lot to do in the area but that was okay stores weren’t to far away overall great place to go if you don’t want to deal with the noisy city and are just trying to get away for the weekend

Absolutely love this home. Everything was very relaxing and made our stay feel like we were at home. The kitchen was stocked which made it easy for us to fry the fish we caught on the lake while we were there. The view of the lake was beautiful and the sunrise views from the back deck with our coffee in the morning made us want to stay forever. We accidently locked ourselves out and Cassandra was very responsive to help us resolve our mistake. This is an excellent choice if you're looking for a place to stay near Warsaw.

Dale's place was everything we could ask for. There was plenty of space and exactly as described. There was pots and pans for cooking and plenty of plates and cups. The view of the lake from the back of the house was amazing with the sunrise. If you are looking for something peaceful and comfortable for a little get away this is definitely the spot. I would definitely come back.

Absolutely stunning views of Lake of the Ozarks. This was our families first together to the Lake and Luke’s place did not disappoint. Excellent location as shopping, restaurants and grocery store are all easily accessible. Will definitely be booking with Luke again!!!

Great Host and lots of space in the house. Comfy bed and nice bathrooms!

Had a lovely stay at Alan's place! Had a small issue when we first arrived and Alan was very responsive and quick to propose solutions. The area is absolutely sublime, our dogs had fun chasing ducks off the little beach, the sunsets and stars at night were incredible, and the home was incredibly comfortable.

We stayed over spring break, the views from the large windows of the lake were amazing. Our family of four enjoyed the space, the hot tub, kayaking and fishing. Being on the end of the drive made it peaceful, since there was no traffic driving by on the road, just boats on the lake. It was a real comfortable space and we really enjoyed our stay, the snacks they welcomed us with were great to.
