Hashem is an incredible host, who is so quick to reply with any query. Saeed who manages the place daily is a delight. Always asking what and how he can help. There were treats left daily for us which was such a nice touch. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat.

В целом проживанием довольны. Из маленьких минусов - пыль внутри шкафов и в труднодоступных местах, но это скорее из за пустынной местности - песок проникает везде стоит только немного открыть окно. Была проблема с микроволновой печью - она не грела, написали хозяину, заменил через 2 дня. Ну а теперь плюсы: 1) 2 Ванные комнаты. Не нужно было ждать очереди в туалет, есть второй) 2) Чистый и огромный бассейн. 3) Вилла на 2 полноценные большие квартиры и небольшую спальную комнату на 3 этаже. То есть соседей немного. Стены не картон, соседей слышно не было, но возможно просто тихие попались. Фото соответствует. 3) Хозяин пошел на встречу, разрешил без доплат выселиться позже перед вылетом. 4) Чай, вода, молоко и продукты как комплимент. Удобно при позднем заселении когда магазины закрыты. Интернет хороший, для зум звонков хватало (работаю удаленно). Интернет через мобильный роутер, но скорость в принципе хорошая в среднем 30 Мбит.

Federica is a very attentive and helpful host, always available to share tips and do her best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The two outdoor areas on the first and second floor are also a nice plus, perfect for enjoying the breeze or a quiet meal. Highly recommended if you want to experience Sharm el Sheikh with freedom and on your own terms.

I have just stayed for a month at Tatiana's studio and everything was perfect. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a long stay and the patio garden is very private. Tatiana was very discreet but quick to respond to any questions I had. She also kindly allowed me a flexible check-out time. Sunterra is undergoing an expansion at the moment but the building work did not impact on my stay - the studio is in a very quiet and peaceful place. There are many pools to choose from and the gardens and surroundings are well maintained. When the expansion is finished, there will be restaurants and other shops as part of the development, in addition to the Carrefour which is already there, making it even better. Security in the compound is very good and the staff friendly. Thank you so much Tatiana, I hope to return next time I am in Sharm.

We had a great stay at this fantastic spacious villa. The new roof area is spectacular. Wonderful design and with tasteful touches like the lights and lanterns which provide a lovely character and ambience. Cheryl the host has been brilliant throughout from communication prior to arrival and during our stay. We did experience a few gremlins - but this didn’t spoil our visit at all. Cheryl always responded immediately by return and we understand that there is more work underway to upgrade the villa (bedrooms for example) even further.

We had such a lovely stay at Villa Montazah! There was enough space for our very large family and the kids really enjoyed it especially the pool and the playground. The house was very nicely decorated and serene

We stayed for over 5 weeks. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. It had most things needed for a short stay. We felt very safe in the area. There is CCTV and security on most streets on the resort. Small local shop was very handy and good value. The main pool was out of use for most of our stay & the whole pool area needs modernising, so we ended up sitting out on the lovely, sunny balcony or going to the beach most of the time. The weather was perfect for us - low to mid 20s in February Tamer was always quick to respond and friendly if we had any issues or enquiries. I would definitely recommend to others.

Nous sommes resté 2 semaines dans cet appartement. Nous sommes arrivés à 5h du matin et Polina nous a gentiment attendu pour nous donner les clés et était réactive quand nous avions une question. Le logement correspond aux photos. Les piscines sont quasiment désertes et il y a des maitres nageurs donc vous serez tranquilles. Le logement est éloigné des zones très touristiques et des plages, mais c'était un avantage pour nous comme nous travaillons en ligne. C'est plus calme et ça permet d'avoir une ambiance plus locale. D'autant plus que les taxis ne sont pas cher (négociez env. 1€ pour 5km) ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement à la plage, Soho, Old Town, etc. Si vous souhaitez continuer vers Dahab, vous pouvez négocier une voiture privée pour 20/25€. Vous trouverez toutes les commodités à proximités (épiceries, restaurants...) accessibles à pied.

My experience at the place was so marvelous The appaetement was so clean , cozy and very peaceful area I was planning to stay for one month only but I extended my stay for another month and it seems that i will extend for another month again . The most important thing that i liked was the landlord was so co operative and on call 24/7 . everywhile he keep contact me and ask if i need anything and try to make me feel at my own home . it wasnt that close to city center but there was a lot of things around the house so thats was okay for us. it was clean and the neighbourhood was really safe for girls. we love the house

Ev çok temiz, ferah ve otantikti. Çok beğendik. Evde ihtiyacımız olan tüm eşyalar mevcuttu. Farsha’ya yürüme mesafesi 5 dakika. Marketlere, restoranlara, plaja 5-10 dakikada ulaşıyorsunuz. Julie harika bir ev sahibi :) Her sorumuzu hemen yanıtladı, orada yapacaklarımızla ilgili tavsiyeler ve bilgiler verdi. Hatta biz bir şey sormadığımızda bile iyi olduğumuzdan emin olmak için mesaj attı. Bu çok hoşumuza gitti. Kesinlikle bir daha geldiğimizde başka ev aramayacağız :) Teşekkürler Julie sen ve evin sayesinde harika bir tatil geçirdik ❤️

très bel appartement avec piscine dans un endroit paisible et calme... à deux pas d'une des plus belles plages de Sharm el Sheikh : Ras Nasrani Beach hôte très accueillant, réactif et bienveillant il est venu me chercher à l'aéroport et m'a donné de bons conseils logement conforme à la description ... très bon rapport qualité-prix

El departamento es cómodo, con un balcón con una vista espectacular, el complejo es hermoso, hay varios locales cerca donde comprar, la ubicación es excelente, todo cerca, lo pasé excelente y Laura fue una excelente anfitriona tuve oportunidad de conocerla y siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitaba, y con consejos y recomendaciones sobre que hacer, todo muy bien explicado sobre el departamento y lugar a dónde ir, que hacer, lo super recomiendo, es el mejor lugar en Sharm para alojarse.

Check inn was easy . When I got to security they took photo of my passport and then made my way to apartment. Someone was there to help with luggage and to show me where I was going. As I walked to the apartment there is huge amazing pool which I liked. Had little hiccup with the keys to open door but security was finally able to open it but host came right away and took care of issue. Place is nice and clean and has everything you need for your stay. Host was very friendly and made sure I was ok during my stay. I asked for suggestions to go out and eat and he was kind to tell me whee I could go . There is place called Hollywood which I highly recommend and walking distance you also have the cinema. Over all for the price that we paid it was worth it . I would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Sharm El Sheikh. Oh I forgot to mention apartment has amazing view of the look and you can see the amazing view of the mountains and watching the sunset was amazing.!

This landlord is so good that I want to give more than five stars! Gonna give 10 stars! ! ! The equipment in the house is in good condition and very clean, and you can see the landlord's attentiveness! The accommodation is very comfortable and the location is quite convenient. I am very grateful to the landlord for being willing to take us to take care of things. The house and the landlord are both 100% great! I really regret not staying a few more nights! I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

Gece 2:00 da giriş yapmamıza rağmen bizi kapıda karşıladı. Odamıza yerleşmeden önce sokakta bize çevre ile ilgili brifing verdi ve bu çok önemliydi. Odada kullanabileceğimiz herşey ile ilgili detaylı bilgi verdi. Bütün aktivite turları için birebir yardımcı oldu. Otel sessiz,temiz çalışanlar ilgili bize dışardayken bile mesajla bilgi verdiler.

Very friendly and responsive host, lovely apartment with many amenities and a garden in a calm area. Flexible in check-in and check-out. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!
