Wow! Rana was such a lovely host. This apartment blew me away. Everything about it was perfect. It was so big, everything was incredibly clean, there were TVs in each room. Kitchen was big enough to cook in. I could have stayed here a month! Felt like a nice home. Area is so good. Most peaceful neighborhood in Egypt. So quiet and peaceful and nice area to walk around, exercise and shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Rana met us for check in and she was so helpful and responsive. A perfect place!

The area is modern and peaceful, the apartment modern, clean, cozy and tidy. I would stay at Adham's apartment again when will be visiting Cairo for sure.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux chez Hend ! Dès notre arrivée, elle a été extrêmement accueillante, chaleureuse et disponible. Hend nous a beaucoup aidés, notamment avec la barrière de la langue, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus facile et agréable. Son logement était tout simplement parfait : d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien aménagé, confortable et exactement conforme à l'annonce. On s'y est sentis comme chez nous dès le premier instant. I had a fantastic experience at Tio House! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Everything was well-maintained, and the attention to detail made my stay extra special. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything I needed. I only stayed for one night, but I wish I could have stayed longer! I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for five days, and it truly felt like home. The host and his brother were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was even better and bigger than the pictures!, which was a wonderful surprise. The cozy ambiance and thoughtful touches made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming stay!

Another fabulous stay at this delightful rooftop apartment. It was a perfect location for me as I could walk everywhere including my surgeons clinic. So quiet and peaceful, but everything you need in restaurants, supermarket and local markets. Ubers are easy to get and deliveries too. The apartment is great too, if you want to cook at home and not go out. Nayati Residences is an upmarket compound with great friendly guys at the gate even though I couldn’t speak Arabic. I loved it and highly recommend. Thank you Norhan

كل الشكر والتقدير. الاستاذ ميزو لحسن ضيافته ورقي تعامله شخصية محترمة جدا جدا وهذه من اكثر الاسباب الا جعلتنا انا وعائلتي نستمر في الاقامة لمدة أطول اكثر ما يميز المكان. الموقع استراتبجي قريب بخطوات من المسجد والسوبر ماركت نظافة مستمرة للعمارة ع مدار الساعة وجود موظف أمن خاص للمبنى سهولة وصول الخدمات للشقة. مثل الطعام الصيدلية الصبانة الحمدالله اقامتنا في الشقة كانت ممتعة من ناحية نظافتها ترتيبها التكيف الأثاث مشاالله متوفر فيها كل شي. بارك الله فيك وكثر الله من أمثالك

الشقه مطابقه لي الصور مع مستوى عالي من النظافه في حي هادئ و امن مع استجابه سريعه من المضيف كانت التجربه رائعه و اشكر المضيف على هاذا الاهتمام في الشقه و العميل في ادق التفاصيل
