Hôte super réactif et très bel emplacement. Le top pour prendre le bus, le train ou le ferry pour Manhattan. Très beau quartier et une vue magnifique de Manhattan à 5 minutes à pied de l’appartement ! La promenade le soir vaut le détour !

Wonderful experience! Joana is a Super Fantastic Host with a great place to stay when visiting the Hoboken area or looking for a convenient place to stay near NYC. Joana was very proactive in taking steps above and beyond expectations to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect for walking to numerous bars and restaurants, as well as a short 10 minute walk to the PATH Train Station for when we wanted to go into NYC. We found the unit cozy and clean with all the amenities and appliances needed during our stay. We opted to cook dinner our first night and daily breakfasts and had all the utensils, appliances, and condiments/spices we needed. It is a 2 level unit with the bedroom and BR upstairs, which is on the sidewalk level, with a lower level having the kitchen and living room area in the basement. Plenty of natural light gives the entire unit a light and airy feel to it. Unit is perfect size and layout for 2 guests. Would stay here again for sure!

Great place to stay! The showers are so relaxing. Close to everything you need. You won’t need to bring any toiletries as everything is stocked. Very clean!

Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und es zu keiner Minute bereut ein Hotel in Manhattan genommen zu haben!! Das Haus war super gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren groß und super bequem. Wir konnten wunderbar schlafen! Tolle Ausstattung (Duschkosmetika, Föhn, Apotheke etc.) Es war alles vorhanden!!!! Ella war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns immer schnell geantwortet wenn wir Fragen hatten! Am Abreisetag durften wir sogar länger im Haus bleiben, da unser Flug erst sehr spät zurück ging. Danke nochmal dafür ;) Die Bushaltestelle befand sich um die Ecke und nur 3 Stationen (10-15 Minuten) von Manhattan entfernt! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer 100% empfehlenswerten Unterkunft!! Danke für Alles!

Taz’s place was great value, rooms were spacious, the high ceilings were a nice plus and he even had a crib available for use. If you’re a light sleeper, there is some noise upstairs late night (thanks for those earplugs, Taz!) from other tenants I assume. Not a big deal. Lots of cute places to eat and cafecitos walking distance. Street parking isn’t readily available but there is a reasonably priced garage within a few minutes of walking. Felt safe walking at night. Overall, would recommend for a family.

Trish is a great host. Always friendly and responsive. No issue at all. Easy check in and out. Her instructions are. clear. The location is quiet, has easy access to transportation and local communities. The neighborhood feels safe. Her unit is clean and look exactly as shown. It’s a reasonable price for the place. Recommended.

1. good location 2. very clean apartment 3. excellent beds and linens 4 stars only because there are no elevators to the 3rd floor. otherwise, a great place to stay, close to midtown Manhattan, not far from Jersey City. Since we were a group, we used Uber and every place was less than less than $30 for XL uber!

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

I had a quick one-night stay at Benjamin's place. It was a very comfortable space. The living room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The bed was quite comfy. Overall, it was a great place to stay--wish I'd had another day to enjoy the apartment.

L'appartement est d'une qualité inégalable, grande luminosité et des espaces très volumineux. Tout est mis à disposition pour notre séjour hormis des produits ménagers ou un aspirateur, mais on trouve toujours de quoi se débrouiller. Le quartier est sympathique, en 30 minutes maximum, on est au World Trade Center, grand parc à proximité, commerces d'appoint disponibles. Je tiens à souligner la disponibilité et la rapidité à laquelle le propriétaire répond :) Merci pour ce super appartement !

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tee’s home. Host was very welcoming and responsive towards any questions I’ve had. The unit was clean and exactly as described. We opted out of taking public transportation and drove to NYC which was about 40 min on a good traffic day, but def would not recommend to do so at night time. Overall, we had a great time in the unit, it’s super cozy and makes you feel right at home. Host was amazing and accommodated to our changed plans, which really helped us out. 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay was great! Everything about this place was perfect for our trip to Brooklyn. Thomas is a responsive and great host! We’re grateful for our stay and happy with our decision to book here!

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

El hospedaje era muy lindo , cómodo y todo súper limpio , lo que describían era cierto, lugar muy lindo para hospedarse unos excelentes anfitriones siempre pendientes de todo lo recomendaría 100% al que quiera reservarlo, muy buena comunicación y tenía jabón, shampoo en los baños de cortesía y algunas cosas útiles en la cocina todo lo necesarios, fácil acceso a la casa en la esquina hay un supermercado mexicano con todo lo necesario. Todo súper bien.

Couldn’t find a better view of NYC! Sam was extremely responsive and kind. I hardly knew they were home. Peaceful and quiet.

This was my Airbnb that I had booked and was really nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. However, Denise made me feel at easy and very comfortable. Super friendly and very responsive. The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We had a great stay here. Lauren was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Place is big enough for our party of 7. It is very near the bus stop to NYC port authority. Its a nice and quiet neighborhood. Amenities are good, the appliances are all new and good quality. The microwave was broken at that time but she provided a spare rhat we can use.

I was looking for a place to stay for my family of four which included my husband and I, our 6-year old, and an infant. Freda's home fit the bill! It was wonderfully located - near so many wonderful restaurants, stores, and parks. It was absolutely spotless! Freda was incredibly responsive with every question I had. Her instructions were clear and thorough and there were notes around the home explaining everything we needed to know. I would stay at her home again if we came to visit the area in the future.

Eun Seon goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is comfortable! She has been proactive in communication and gave clear, detailed instructions for check-in. I love coming to Pal Park for Korean food, and this place was in great proximity with a secure parking spot. Like many other reviews, I highly recommend coming here, and I would love to stay again in the future.

Farzi was a very welcoming host and provided a comfortable environment. there was an added bonus for me. i was able to practice my tennis serve on one of the 4 courts. i didn't make use of the swimming pool though. i thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay.
