This house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. You can’t beat the ocean view that we had for our Thanksgiving dinner! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our meal. The house was very clean. We would definitely rent this house again if we were staying in this area.

Great one-nighter in Florence Oregon! One block from the ocean- super cute tiny-home! Clean, comfortable and thoughtful touches (creamer for coffee) and to-go cups to take our coffee to the beach. Definitely would recommend.

Exactly what we needed! Beautiful view of the Umpqua River and fall colors. The dome was so cozy and we really enjoyed having the wood stove. Hosts were kind and attentive. Looking forward to staying here again.

This little house is a delightful place to stay. The day room off the living room is particularly pleasant to spend time in. There is lots of light and a good view of the ocean. The kitchen is excellent - we did a lot of cooking in it. The main bed is comfortable. My only somewhat critical comment is that the shower is pretty tight, even for small women, but it is absolutely clean and nicely equipped. The location is, for us, ideal - right at the meeting of the rocky 804 trail along the coast with the miles long beach to Waldport. The house happens to be the same one (nicely renovated) that my partner and I visited many times years ago, so we had a feeling of coming home to an old beloved place that was really special. Had a great week stay! Very clean and had all the things I needed during my stay! I loved how close it was to the beach, and hilltop cafe was a great lunch spot just a quick walk. Definitely plan to stay again!

Right on the beach - 20 feet away. Extremely clean, well-appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Neighbors on both sides but absolutely no issues. View out the back toward the ocean is completely unobstructed. Spent hours just watching the ocean waves, birds and sunsets. Beach is extremely wide - at low tide and even at high tide you can walk for a mile either direction north or south. Be advised the property has the Pacific Coast Highway on the east side and there is traffic noise, but from the decks on the west side, it's not noticeable. We didn't try the hot tub but it was ready and waiting for use. Having immediate access to the beach with unlimited walking made this a well-worth 7 night vacation for us.

Enjoyed our stay in Otter Rock. The yurt was cozy and the little dog amenities were much appreciated! We found everything we could have needed during the stay within the yurt (microwave, cooking utensils and such). There was nearby a cute coffee / chocolate shop, and a mo's. As well as two beach access points! When we are back on the Oregon Coast, this is the first place we will be looking to stay!!

This cottage had everything I needed for my brief stay. I really enjoyed the privacy and peacefulness of the location. The best part is that it was just a few blocks away from the ocean, would highly recommend!

The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Joan and Rick have a BEAUTIFUL home with great beach access. My family and I were wanting an easy get away from the chaos, and we found that here at this location. I would definitely recommend this to someone else visiting the area!

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

Beautiful condo with an incredible view of the beach. Loved the neighborhood, there were so many good places in walking distance or within a short drive. It was a very comfortable place, set up well. They even had little snacks for us! Also, the soundproofing on the windows is great, you couldn't hear any outdoor sound at all. Also super nice to not have a long to-do list at the end of our stay.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was everything that was listed and more. It was nice to have the little extras in the kitchen, like coffee, spices, working appliances, extra food if needed. It was also nice to have extras like phone cables, laundry soap, dryer sheets and soap and shampoo in the showers. I would recomend the condo to everyone looking for a place in Newport. Leslie

Incredible view! We felt pampered from the moment we stepped inside to a welcome bag, filled with goodies. There were shelves filled with books, games and dvds but I could just sit and watch those waves all day long in a comfy recliner. Everything was perfect, from the sumptuous sheets and towels to the incredibly stocked kitchen, which was a dream to cook in. Joni was so helpful with her texts and phone calls.

Was a lovely place to stay. The house was super clean and neat. It looked like the carpet had just been shampooed. Was perfect for a romantic weekend, but also kid friendly with games, children's book and sand toys available. The only thing that concerned me, was trying not to track water and sand into the house as it was pretty rainy during our stay.

Great location, easy walk to beach with beach supplies included, several delicious restaurants easily accessible. The inside was very unique, trendy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

Our book club has had the great experience of staying in this wonderful home for many years. This was our first April stay which gave us longer days to enjoy the incredible views. We also noticed different wildlife such as bald eagles and pelicans. We look forward to returning to Siah’s family home in October.

I thought about not writing a review....... this is a hidden gem and I don't want to have a hard time booking again! The house is wonderful, she has done a beautiful job with decor, every time I turned around I'd see something else, very whimsical. The view is spectacular, and close to walking distance if you want to explore the miles of beautiful beach. I am checking my work calendar so I can book again! Lisa, thank you for sharing your space, is very relaxing and felt like home the minute I walked in the door.

Great stay! It had everything we needed especially a beautiful view!

Two high school friends of mine and I spent a couple nights in this sweet cottage above Nye Bay. We felt right at home the minute we opened the door and fortunate to be able to share this beautiful cottage for a couple days. The views, as, the photos show, were unparalleled. It put us into the relaxed mood that we were hoping it would. In addition, the bedrooms were nicely appointed as was the bathroom and the kitchen. We had nothing we needed because Gina stocked every room so thoughtfully. Thank you, Gina and Kenneth, for sharing your beautiful space with us!

We had absolutely amazing stay at this beach house. The location was perfect, little drive to town for food, little walk to beach for a stroll along the beach. beautifully decorated. This house was amazing! breathtaking views from the windows or deck. check-in was easy, just punch in your code and your in! we can't wait to come back!
