We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Woodlands cabin is set in a peaceful garden surrounded by conifer trees and singing birds with a private and secluded patio area.The cabin is adjacent to the property but still maintains its privacy. The Cabin is a relaxing space positioned on the edge of the south downs where you will find an abundance of scenic walks, a forest and bathing beaches with spectacular sunsets nearby. The Seven Sisters Cliff tops are just a 15 minute walk away tourist spots. One well behaved dog is welcome £10

Annex by the sea (breakfast items upon request)

A cosy double room with sofa and rotating TV, full kitchen and shower room. This recently refurbished space has its own private entrance. It is close to the centre of Seaford, 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, less than 10 minutes walk from the seafront and station. Items for self-service breakfast are provided. The property is ideally located for beautiful walks over the Seven Sisters coastal path which begins just a short stroll away. Free parking on the street.

The property has two large bedrooms, the master has a king size bed and 2 singles in the second bedroom. All beds have memory foam mattresses. The living room is stylish and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook. There is a small but spacious private section of the back garden where you sit and relax. Or sit in the front and watch the world go by.
