Great place, great host. Franks concern for everything really shows in his unit. Even putting up some Christmas lights outside before our arrival. Great walkable area. And 4 places close by - Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Island Provisions and D'Allesandro's. Great food all at different levels. And 1 street over from King St so close enough to walk but far enough away that you don’t get the craziness. So - perfect spot. You’ll enjoy Franks place.

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

Loved this beach town and location was perfect! Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Would love to come back one day!

Wonderful bachelorette trip for 7 of us!! This apartment had a cute porch, 2.5 bathrooms (small), bedding was comfortable and very clean! Cleaners knocked on the door right at 10:01. The listing has multiple houses on the post (check Google maps for an accurate picture). Lyft was CHEAP to kings or you could easily walk! Coffee shop Bad Bunnies and Holey bagels were 10 minute walks (highly recommend). If you have a group of 8, the pull out is small, 7 was perfect amount of people. We did Publix delivery for food or went out to dinner. The door lock was annoying at first because it takes a few tries to figure out when the door locks. We had a wonderful time and felt very safe.

Jayne’s home was fantastic. It was spacious, inviting, and had all of the amenities you could ask for. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the very cold weather, the pool looked absolutely incredible and would be perfect on a warmer day. The location of the home was also very close to the beach. I could not imagine a more relaxing environment in which to spend time in Kiawah. I hope to return in the future!

Recently booked Michael’s house for a bachelor trip and it was great! Michael was very nice, responsive and flexible. I would give the experience a 10 out of 10 rating and would absolutely do it again.

The house had everything we needed to be comfortable; Plenty of towels, pillows, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The owner was incredibly responsive to the small questions or concerns that came up.

We loved this house so much. We have three kids and it was absolutely perfect. The house was perfectly decorated with a bohemian chic vibe, the kids room was perfect! The owner is an amazing ceramic artist and we loved her pottery and her beautiful curation of art everywhere. The house was perfectly located in a prime spot that made it easy to explore all areas of Charleston and nearby beaches. We are excited to continue to work on moving to this area and hope to use this home again while we make the move.

This was the perfect house for our family of 4! It was so cozy, yet large enough for our teenage boys to have their space. Walked to King street a lot and found other hidden gems along the way. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends!

We had the best stay at Lecian’s place and honestly can’t say enough good things about it! Lecian was super responsive, kind, and helpful — even when we had a little trouble getting into the gate at first (totally our fault, not hers). Anne was also great and answered any quick questions we had during the week. The condo is absolutely gorgeous — even better than the photos — and the location is perfect: super private and peaceful. It’s really thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need, like beach chairs, towels, and even a beach wagon (which was a lifesaver with young kids!). Plus, the beds were super comfortable. This might be our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. We would recommend Lecian’s place (and Lecian as a host) to anyone without hesitation!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The house was exactly what we were looking for – a relaxing, lowkey getaway for our family by the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sand, and the home itself was well-equipped for a peaceful weekend. It had everything we needed to unwind, from the cozy couch to the backyard for evening hangouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat!

We had an amazing week with our three adult kids and their significant others! The home was beautiful! Comfy, clean, crisp ... everything we had hoped for and more! We were able to relax (plenty of comfortable space) and come together and enjoy our time together making meals, playing games, and watching movies. The location was excellent. Close to beach and town, yet quiet and private nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Many memories were made with the family. We have already passed along our experince to interested friends and hope to have our family return again in the future.

My family was in IOP for a wedding and stayed at Doug's place. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and was very comfortable. The home itself was very clean. We enjoyed coffee every morning in the screened in porch and even had a few chances to walk to the beach. Doug was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay at Doug's home again.

For our family’s first visit to Charleston we wanted to stay a little outside the city, and this house was perfect. Quiet street but a quick and easy drive to downtown. The house was clean and stocked with all of the basics you’d need, including linens and towels, pantry items, cookware, small appliances, baggies. The fenced in yard was large and perfect for our dogs. My 2 teens had plenty of space in their own rooms, and the master was gorgeous and comfortable. We had a great trip, and restful nights at the house!

This is a great home and actually had more space and storage than we needed for our 4 night stay. Perfect for a Summerville stay and we loved our visit. Very close to Charleston, the beaches, drivable to Columbia and other end of SC as well. Great host, attentive and responsive. Ve

The house was great for our family while we were in town for a wedding! We enjoyed the decor, layout of the home, and the extra pillows and linens. The large living space was great for our family & pups. The location is convenient and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The road was a little loud at night, but I am a light sleeper and the noise machine did the trick!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Finding a affordable place to stay to visit Charleston at a affordable price is extremely difficult. That is what I discovered. You can either get scalped downtown paying thousands - maybe a night - for a mediocre hotel, or take a chance to get a vrbo or airbnb close to town and get junk house in a slum neighborhood. I had to go to a wedding. So did other family members. I tailored my search for highest guest ratings and this property came up. Yeah it took 30 minutes to drive to town. but again - anything closer was a slum or a 1000+ a night in town. I was pleasantly surprised. This property is a older ranch in a middle class neighborhood that has been COMPLETELY remodeled - and I mean COMPLETELY. New appliances, new flooring, new paint, the furniture may be original but it was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was easy to travel to the city and easy to get back. My other family members picked a airbnb rental in Mt Pleasant - spent $3000 on a dump.

Great location in the historic district just around the corner from King Street! We felt like we borrowed someone's charming southern home. Shopping was a 5 minute walk and the fountain at the waterfront with great restaurants was a 15 minute walk. The private courtyard was perfect for a family reunion gathering as the patio furniture sat at least 7. With 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, my granddaughter loved the bathtub on the third floor, we would stay here again.

This is a beautiful house. It’s so roomy. There were 6 of us and never once did we feel on top of each other and all had our own place to sleep. Everything was very clean. There’s fun local places near by to visit/eat at. The beach is a pretty short walk away (they also had bikes in the garage). It’s peaceful outside. We really enjoyed the huge hot tub. You can’t go wrong booking this place!

Was a great place to stay! Very cute and cozy. Although it was off a busier road you couldn’t really tell from inside and it felt pretty quiet. Would recommend!

I felt like we were in the middle of Animal Kingdom. We loved watching all of the wildlife right from the porch. Great recreation space under the house with an additional shower. Main living area and kitchen are very open.

We loved our stay here! Amy was a great host. Yes, the construction is not ideal but she was very upfront with us about it. The noise from construction can be heard all around the downtown area, so you are likely going to be affected by it no matter where you stay in this area. It’s also important to remember that the construction is completely out of the host’s control. This is such a cute place and perfect distance to everything! Don’t let the construction going on keep you away.

Thomas's place truly felt like a home. It was well stocked and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet very centrally located to easily get to downtown Charleston. I was really surprised by how much Mt. Pleasant had to offer and am really glad we chose to stay in this area. Thomas's house rules are very easy to follow and he was quick to communicate when I needed something. Highly recommend!
