Excellent location. The climbing of 3 flights of stairs is an inconvenience, but it is very budget friendly!

Замечательная и уютная квартира. Чувствовали себя как дома, за что огромная благодарность. Легко найти, заселение без сложностей (мы зашли через другой вход в здание, но благодаря сквозному проходу легко нашли квартиру). Вход по коду, что очень удобно (не нужны ключи). В квартире были столовые приборы, средства для чистоты. В кухонном столе обнаружили капсулы для стирки (огромная благодарность!). Оконное стекло было не суперчистым, но дом у дороги, так что не назову это минусом. Несмотря на близость к дороге было достаточно тихо. Интернет был стабильным. Соседка (в соседней квартире) видимо была простужена и мило чихала, но больше звуков мы не слышали. Настоятельно рекомендую!)

The place nearest train station is at Odakyu Line called Mukogaoka Yuen station. It is 20 minutes train ride from Shinjuku station. Neighbourhood and quiet environment which my family loved. From the apartment is merely 9 minutes walk to train station. The apartment is small and cozyvand well equipped just nice for my family of 4. The host Yui is very nice to pick us up at the nearby train station with a car and help us carrying all our heavy luggages. She guide us how to manouver the aircon/heater and all the electrical item. She goes way and beyond to assist our needs and concern for us if we manage to take train back to Shinjuku on our last day as there was a train delayed on that day. We will love to stay at Yui other apartment if we return back to Tokyo.

Great space, photos don't do it justice. Very comfortable and homely. Great location too, tucked away for quiet and private, but short walk to busy restraunt areas.

We had a great stay in Seoul! The host was very responsive and the accommodations were exactly as described. The apartment is conveniently located near the subway so transportation was a breeze and there was plenty of restaurants right downstairs. As noted in the description, there is elevator noise that can be heard throughout the night. Otherwise, this stay was perfect!

Incredible loft right next to Starfield Coex. Super convenient to access just about anything you need. 7-Eleven right downstairs behind McDonald’s. Several well-stocked Olive Young locations within a 3-min walk. Interior extremely clean. Beautiful high ceiling. 3 beds - on the stiffer side but better for your back! Comfy pillows. Soft towels. Stocked kitchen. Washer + dryer AND a Samsung Styler. I’ve stayed at other Airbnb high rises in Seoul and this was the most lux-feeling one by far. Selling is an incredible host. Responsive, kind, thorough. No complaints at all. 10/10!

매년오는 바다마을 역시나 좋았고 호스트님 응답 빠르고 친절하시네요^^ 세탁기가 있어 좋았고 2층 침대가 있어 아이도 좋아했습니다. 수압이 약하고 화장실 바닥 물빠짐이 살짝 아쉽지만 전체적으로 만족합니다!!

This was our first trip to Korea and this was the perfect stay for us! Location was fantastic, walking distance to everything. The view from the rooftop terrace was awesome (especially being a Kdrama/Legend of the Blue Sea fan!), the staff was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. We had just started learning Korean, but they spoke English so we were never confused or nervous about anything. The beds were comfortable. Everything is smaller in Korea, and being over 6ft tall made things rough, but it was wonderful! The indoor space was equivalent to being inside a fancy RV. (Expect RV/Camper accommodations and you’ll be thrilled. I say that because the shower/bathroom situation was unexpected…but normal for that culture. It was like a camper. NOT COMPLAINING. Just want real expectations so you are happy. We loved it and will absolutely 100% stay again as we plan to return! Thank you for the amazing home away from home!

뷰가 너무 좋고, 4인가족 하루 지내기에 호텔보다 편했습니다. 가구에 먼지하나없고 주방에 그릇이 너무 고급스러워 조심히 쓰게됩니다. 배달주문하는것도 쉽고 아침에 주위 상가여는곳이 많아 밥챙겨먹기도 편했습니다. 차량도 미리 등록해 주시고 호스트님께서 준비 잘해주셔서 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 감사합니다.

Mon séjour de longue durée s’est très bien passé. L’hôte était très réactif à la moindre demande :) J’étais dans le toit donc en été il faisait un peu chaud mais il y a la climatisation. La salle de bain est un peu petite et étroite mais on s’habitue. Tout le nécessaire de base est fourni avec le logement. De plus il est dans un quartier qui donne l’accès facilement partout dans Séoul, tout en étant un peu reculé dans une rue très calme. Je recommande ce logement !

Had a wonderful stay. Ai-chan, Audrey and all the volunteers were pleasant, friendly and inclusive in their activities, be it playing Wii, yoga or a day trip to Uji. Thank you for all for your smiles, laughter and conversations.

À mon arrivée j'ai été accueillie par Ai et Audrey, qui ont été d'une extrême gentillesse tout le long de mon séjour, même s'il n'était que de 4 jours. Pour les personnes, comme moi qui préfère les visites autre que faire du shopping et un peu plus éloigné de la ville, les transports en commun sont très pratiques et faciles d'accès. L'OEH organise parfois des rencontres entre les locataires, à laquelle je n'ai pas pu assister vu mon cours séjour, mais qui me paraissait intéressante. De plus Hirakata est très bien situé pour des visites à Nara, Osaka ou Kyoto

It was a really nice stay, the neighborhood was really peaceful so I was able to get good nights of sleep! And Yoshiko came to get at the station and even accompanied me at the post office to help me with a package! Really great location+ really good host 100% recommend ( And the rice bread was really good )

Great place in a cute town which is accessible by train. Loved the energy and people here.
