Emma’s was a lovely place to stay it felt very cared for and as guests we felt very cared for. Emma had really thought of everything. We were lucky with the sunny weather and enjoyed having lunch in the garden. It was very quiet and peaceful. Emma was very kind and helpful.

Perfect place to spend bank holiday weekend and meet with all the family. Plenty of space for children to run around and a brilliant open plan area. thank you for a fantastic stay particularly as it was a last minute booking.

Just arrived home after a wonderful Easter Break at the Green House. The photos don’t do this place justice! The attention to detail is there throughout! Thanks so much for a very comfortable stay!

All I can say is Wow! Victor has been an incredible host when we have had to leave our property due to a leak. Extremely attentive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, and brought us fresh bedding after the first week. The house looks exactly like the photos, lovely and clean. Felt like a home away from home! Victor was very speedy with his responses too. Thank you so much for making a very stressful time, a lot more tolerable.

Alison was an exceptional host providing us exactly what we needed for a couple of nights with our beagle Baxter location was perfect with off Road parking house was lovely & clean & very comfortable all round great service

We had a great stay here exploring the surrounding countryside and seeing some family. Very lovely village you could walk around with a great play park if you have kids. Lovely pubs in the local area and lots of suggestions found in the welcome pack. Very grateful for the extras supplied like some croissants and milk. All the amenities plus extra (shampoo and conditioner in the shower if needed). They were very responsive when we had an issue with the heating on the first night and it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

Where do I start! Absolutely fabulous place, a right gem! We were expecting good things from pictures/reviews prior to booking, but totally exceeded our expectations. Beautiful spotlessly clean, cosy, spacious comfortable house, in a beautiful, peaceful place. Luxury beds/furniture. Views stunning. Garden area gorgeous, especially lit up on a evening, very private, hot tub amazing! Barry is a perfect host, very attentive, on hand and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place to all, perfect for our much needed 2 night break. Re charged and relaxed. We will return. Sam, Tony & Cassie & Gem x

This is a Gem of a property so close to City centre with parking. The property itself is lovely and quite spacious. we would definitely love to visit again. And the pass the Keys team are fantastic so quick to respond.

Had a fantastic stay for our first time in York…the apartment was so close to walk into York yet still was peaceful, quiet and a joy to return back to after venturing around and about! It had everything we could need for a perfect stay! We will definitely try to book it again for a returning visit to York!

This place is such a lovely place!! We could not have asked for anything better we wished we had stayed longer! The 3 beds where all very comfortable and there as plenty of space for 6 adults!! Honestly 10/10 air bnb

Had such a fantastic stay here. The flat was absolutely pristine. Had everything we required. We parked on the drive but there is also parking just round the corner. A beautiful walk along the river into town and also an easy walk from the station. York is such a beautiful city. Highly recommend the Star Inn The City for cocktails on the terrace by the river, easily walkable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Une étape entre folkestone et stirling qui débute notre voyage pour l’écosse. Un logement de très grande qualité, des propriétaires très compréhensifs et réactifs. Vraiment parfait pour notre première nuit, dans un cadre parfait, des chambres et des literies comparables à un grand hôtel. Une grande chambre qui pourrait accueillir un écrivain de roman policier. Un très grand merci pour Anna et Ian pour leur gentillesse et leur compréhension.

The accomodation was immaculate. Couldnt be in a better location for walking into York...part of the city wall walk just outside apartmemts. Decorated for xmas which was a lovely touch. Cosy and warm... Excellent communication. Would definatly recommend .

I can honestly say this is the best air bnb I have stayed in. It is beautifully appointed with everything you could need. The hosts have thought of every detail to make your stay perfect - we couldn't have wished for more.

We had a great stay at this flat! The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions, which made exploring the area really convenient. The flat itself is in great condition: fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained. The ensuite bathroom was a nice touch, and the big TV was perfect for relaxing in the evening. I especially appreciated all the thoughtful little touches the host provided—tea, snacks, shampoo, bin bags, and even wireless chargers by each bed and a wireless speaker. These details really make a difference when you’re staying for a short time. Highly recommend!

Georgies place was great, we stayed as attending an event at John Charles centre of sport. Was super easy to get to, a pub, eateries, takeaways and shop within walking distance. Beds were really comfortable and really good shower. Would definitely stay again if visiting Leeds!

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. Beautiful lodge in a quiet surrounding just perfect to chill for a few days. Excellent very well maintained little extra made this well worth the money, though we didn’t see our hosts and this is most definitely not a negative as we prefer that we also knew that if there was anything me required or needed they were on hand. Highly recommended.

This is now the third or fourth time I have stayed here. Great large open plan space. Beautiful and quiet. Just what was needed. I would definitely use this place again if needing to stay in the area. Highly recommended

Perfect place for visiting the university. Well decorated, very clean. Sharon provided everything you could possibly need - including milk in the fridge. Communication was great and very friendly.

Great location, lovely building, and a short walk from York Minster. The apartment was clean and tidy with an amazing shower. The only minor negative was a slight bad drain smell (?) on arrival, this went away after a bit of an airing.
