Really nice stay on the beautiful lake! The WiFi was amazing!

This was a great place to relax and enjoy nature. We stayed Wed-Sat in April, so it was very quiet until Friday when the neighbors arrived, and even then it wasn’t bad. It rained hard one afternoon so we spent a few hours in Winnsboro (15-20 minutes away) at the antique stores and bakery. We spent an entire day at the beautiful Lake Bob Sandlin State Park (15-20 minute drive). The house had a well-stocked kitchen, and everything was clean. The upstairs bathroom is very small, but the bedrooms are decent sized. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were roomier. There is a Dollar General a few minutes away and a gas station will fishing tackle/bait. We mostly cooked meals during our stay, but we did get pizza from Parker’s pizza near the Dollar General. It was good. Parking our pickup was nerve-wracking. You have to pull over close to the retaining wall to stay out of the way of neighbors who need to get by. The retaining wall has no markers to see how close you are to going off the edge.

The stay was great! Beautiful place, peaceful, quiet, good neighborhood, great hosts, and LOVED the back area!! Lots of seating out back with fire pit. Great place to hangout after a long day!! Loved that they had an area with kid’s toys. Whole place was great!

Erica was very responsive, and very accommodating. We will definitely stay again!

This house is right on the water, with stunning views of the lake. Loved waking up to the view of the lake. My husband enjoyed the fishing and caught so many fish. My daughters loved staying at the house watching movies and sleeping on the bunk beds.

I brought my 4 daughters by birth and my 3 daughters by marriage plus 3 nursing boys. Two of the husbands watched the other 7 children , so shout out to them. All the girls and I felt like we were spending the night in the Biltmore. Being surrounded by the cows was a treat. It didn't matter that the weather was horrible that weekend. We enjoyed just sitting around in the house. Thanks so much.

Shane and Tori were great hosts and they had a beautiful cabin with a great view of the property. I would book with them again!

This home was refreshed recently and all the amenities were in perfect condition. We especially loved the bidet :) The road within the community could use some pothole repair but otherwise it was a pleasure to stay at Heather's. She was extremely responsive and flexible when we needed to extend one day. We were conveniently located near the new large boat launch to meet our fishing guide. Loved it!

Mickey and Beth were fabulous hosts. Their place is so cute and cozy. My husband and I enjoyed our evenings on the front deck after a long day of fishing. We hope to be back someday!
