Please note 2 night minimum stay. The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from Lincoln, with easy acess to the city. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 2 lovely pubs, one serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

No. 17 is perfectly positioned in the Historic Cathedral Quarter on the same level as the Cathedral (so your choice if you want to go down the famous Steep Hill & take the walk back up again). The house has been recently renovated to a high standard is very warm and cosy. No.17 is in a quiet side street so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. It is single storey and has been generously furnished and equipped with everything you need for a fantastic luxury, self catered getaway. It is set in the beautiful village of Brattleby in rural Lincolnshire just 10 minutes drive from the historic city of Lincoln.

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
