This house worked really well for our family. the rooms are well-proportioned, the beds were comfy and the house was clean. there were a few bakeries and eateries within walking distance and a star market a 7 min drive away. There's a public park with a runni g track 2 min walking distance away. Overall great house!

This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a peaceful getaway. Every room was immaculate. Warm and inviting, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Lauren's proactive communication put us at ease before we even arrived. Detailed entry instructions (with pictures!) made sure this was a stress-free process every step of the way. Every room was spotless and cozy. The pictures capture the rooms accurately, but they could d never show the hundreds of thoughtful touches that make this feel like home away from home. We loved the layout and only wish we had more time there. Whether watching a movie by the fireplace or eating dinner in the dinning room, this place was perfection. We spent a day in Concord and days in Boston and this location is ideally situated to explore both. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to go back. A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

My family and I needed to find a place to house us all to attend a family wedding and Andrea‘s house was just the spot! Conveniently located to the venue as well as close to town, we found a little oasis tucked away in Cohasset. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area. The property is beautiful, unique, private, and very large. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family trip to Boston - a short walk to Boston Commons, and close to the T to get anywhere in the city quickly. We loved the historic charm of the house, and the well equipped kitchen made breakfasts easy each morning before we took off on our Freedom Trail adventures. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect place for our weekend trip! We planned to visit Salem & Boston, and it’s located pretty much in the middle of the two places so it worked perfect!! It was a good amount of space for the 4 of us! We enjoyed the patio on evening, that was a very nice additional space.

This was a great stay. Clean and exactly what it looks like in the photos. It was such a relief to find a place that could accommodate our family of 4, my need to telework while I was there, and also be clean and relaxing and close to family in Roxbury. Oh, and having off street parking is so incredibly valuable. Grateful we found this place & we'll definitely be back. There was a little technical difficulty that was no one's fault that delayed our ability to get in. George was responsive, apologetic, and addressed it immediately to our satisfaction. I'm delighted.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s my family has visited. Very spacious and clean with the most comfortable beds. Had a great time relaxing after a day in exploring Boston. The hosts were very helpful with local recommendations and very quick to respond to any questions. Without a doubt we will be back to visit!

We loved our stay at Michael's and Kara's beautiful house. It was so comfortable, clean and had everything we could possible want. We wished we could have stayed longer. Michael and Kara are so friendly and welcoming. They have this sunroom that is so very comfy. We will be back.

Rong was very friendly and helpful and communication with her was very reliable and uncomplicated. We had a good stay and the accommodation is a good base from which to explore Boston.

Like others' recommendation, Anna is such a warm hearted and knowledgable host. She will always care about you, good at communication while keep certain privacy. She will prepare you coffee and tea and cookie in the morning. Her house is very clean located at beautiful, peaceful and safe neighborhood with direct bus stop nearby. She help make my BM trip so easy and I will defenitely book again in the future and recommend to others.

We had a great stay at Richard’s place. The space is clean, roomy and comfortable. They had a minor plumbing issue during our stay but it wasn’t a problem and Richard was very proactive in communicating the issue and resolution. It was a convenient location for our stay. We loved staying here! We both thought it was the best air bnb we've stayed at so far. Anna is a warm, gracious hostess who is happy to help. The room and bathroom were kept pristine and we felt very comfortable and at home staying here. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamara’s house. We arrived very late at night and everything is ready for us. We are a family of five and we do quite a bit of cooking. We got everything we needed from the house, saved us time and money. Highly recommend this house to everyone visiting the Boston/Newton area.
