Welcome to our home. We purchased this house in October 2024. After a new coat of paint, a few updates to the bathroom, and a whole lot of online shopping–we are pleased to welcome guests. In addition to new furnishings, we offer high speed internet and full kitchen. We are located just 3 minutes from Carlisle Fairgrounds—a 10 minute walk through the neighborhood to the back entrance. We’re also 3 mins from the Expo Center, 4 mins from the Army War College, and 5 mins from Dickinson College.

The open concept floor plan will make for a spacious, enjoyable stay. Whether you’re in the kitchen cooking, or you’re the one relaxing by the TV, you’ll be able to keep the conversation going. You’ll also enjoy a hot shower in the tiled bathroom with a rainfall shower head and extra plush towels.

Unwind at this peaceful quiet little home 2 miles from historical downtown Carlisle. Beautiful view of the mountains and you can watch deer in the back yard. Come for the stay, stay for the view. Sleeps up to 5, 2 bedrooms, 1 queen size bed and 1 full size bed also full size pull out sofa bed in living room and 1 bathroom. Newly remodeled kitchen, patio has grill, griddle and smoker. North Middleton park is near by as well as Opossum Lake and the fair grounds is 2.5 miles away.

Cozy Farmhouse Cottage

This cottage was once the washhouse for the adjoining 1790's farmhouse and has been recently renovated into a cozy retreat, overlooking the quiet fields and rolling mountains of Boiling Springs. The queen bed in the loft and double bed in the back room offers flexibility for a quick getaway or long-term stays. Head to the private deck for a meal and view of the sunset in the evening. Carlisle is just up the road and Harrisburg is only a 25-minute drive. Come and be refreshed.

Come to the “back 40” of the farm to relax and rejuvenate! Experience some of the area’s best views on the walk around the perimeter of the farm on a 1.8 mile marked trail! Rest on the deck with a cup of coffee and watch for wildlife or soak in the private hot tub at night and watch the stars!

Edgewater Lodge

A perfect place to get away from the stresses of life to relax and unwind . You Can have a seat on the large porch overlooking the Conodoguinet creek and enjoy watching nature , watch your kids playing and splashing in the creek , make dinner with the BBQ grill on the back patio or be just plain lazy ! There is no tv at this place , our goal is to have our guests enjoy nature and in this way be refreshed and ready to go back to work.
