Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

En av de mest fantastiska Airbnb-upplevelserna någonsin. Lägenheten ligger mitt i historiska kvarter med en fantastisk utsikt, små gränder och restauranger. Allt har gått smidigt och vi fick snabbt hjälp av Gioia när vi behövde något. För långa personer: tänk på att hålla nere huvudet, det är lågt i tak. Trapporna upp till lägenheten är utmanande och inte för den som har svårt att gå. Det saknades en del väsentligheter i köket vilket jag är säker på att värden kommer att ordna. Jag rekommenderar detta boende fullt ut!

Nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille chez Daniele et les photos étaient conformes à l’appartement . Arrivée en autonomie très appréciable et Environnement calme et paisible comme à la maison. Le plus c’est le parking très sécurisé . Je recommande. Ciao Tiamane et Nicolas

Für uns als 4 köpfige Familie mit nicht mehr ganz jungen Kindern war es optimal. Der Balkon bot Mahlzeiten mit einer Superaussicht, und auch der Pool war für Abkühlungen perfekt.

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

Se una ragazzo giovane, in viaggio e vuoi vivere un avventura questo è l'alloggio giusto. Piccolo ma speciale. La vista è pazzesca, la posizione ottima. Ho dormito benissimo e il risveglio è stato molto piacevole. Fabio è gentilissimo e molto riconoscente. Tornerò.

La casa è veramente spaziosa e ben arredata, è stato un ottimo soggiorno, e la vasca idromassaggio è semplicemente da sogno. Lo consiglio a tutti e torneremo sicuramente

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Vavva qui nous a accueillis comme si nous nous connaissions depuis toujours Très gentille et amicale elle nous a recommandé des restaurants et nous a bien conseillés En plus l’emplacement de son logement est idéal Entre le centre historique et les quartiers espagnols nous ne pouvons pas trouver mieux Grazie Mille 🥰

We love Casa Diaz. The space was what you might imagine a traditional Italian apartment to be like but with modern decor. The tile work was a stand out for us, as well as the exposed stone and brick and warm cozy lighting, giving it a lovely ambience. An absolute bonus was the breakfast included at Caffe Diaz, just a little further down the road. Not only is the coffee and food delectable, we also met Andrea and Luigi, who are incredibly friendly and hospitable. One thing to consider with this place is the narrow staircase as soon as you enter. We managed fine with our 2 small roller cases but people with mobility issues or lots of large luggage would struggle. If you are mainly looking for a place to relax, Casa Diaz is good at times but be aware there is a carpenter directly below and the electric saw is loud when used. Also there seems to be a rubbish collection at around 3am so there is the sound of broken glass for approx 20 mins at that time. It is in a busy city centre tho.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! One of the best Airbnb I ever stayed. If you come to Naples, forget about staying in the center of the city which is bit on dirty side and not as pleasant as other cities in Italy. This Airbnb is located in a beautiful & lively neighborhood which is convenient to shopping and transportation. Very Clean and modern apartment for up to 6 people. Sabrina who was very kind, professional and helpful which made our impression of Naples extra positive. She filled the fridge with essentials such as bottles of water, yogurt and variety of juices and milk even she left us bags of cookies and candies. Washer and Dryer worked great even Heater as well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this Airbnb to my friends. Two Thumbs up : ) My recommendation for Pizza in the neighborhood is Pizzeria Sandropizzettata Via Francesco Solimena, 72. Their Saporita pizza and local Naples beer were fantastic.

Prachtig en zeer ruim appartement voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Rustige plek in een drukke omgeving. Metrostation om de hoek. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad.

L'appartement est hyper bien situé, dans le centre historique, juste à côté de la principale artère touristique. Mais il est dans une rue plus calme et les chambres sont paisibles. Mario a été très accueillant, et a préparé quelques gateaux/confiture et lait pour nous dépanner à l'arrivée, bien appréciables. L'appartement est parfait pour découvrir Naples. La cuisine et salle à manger petites mais pas besoin de plus quand on veut profiter de la cuisine napolitaine. Je recommande ! Merci pour l'accueil !

The airbnb is spacious and functional, the owner is very wellcoming and helpful, we're some issue with the hair-dryer and the heater but Danilo sorted out the problem quickly. The location is close to the train station and also walkable to many tourist attractions. The apartment and its furnitures are quite dated and it's main road location can be noisy sometimes.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our stay. The comprehensive information folder explained where the local services could be found and we soon got to know the local area which always felt safe and friendly. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Centro Storica and sea front either by taking the steps or by catching the Funicular from the station a couple of minutes along the road. We usually walked down and caught the Funicular back up. Likewise, the Metro at Montesanto is close to the bottom of the steps and or one stop down on the Funicular. The location turned out to be excellent as it was nice to be quiet at the end of the day, away from the busy streets. Claudia was a great host, very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. She also helped organize transport from the Airport, which was a great help as our flight arrived quite late. Thoroughly recommended.

Magnifique ancien appartement avec des escaliers en marbre. Très spacieux, au 5ème avec de grande chambres et un confortable salon. Facilement accessible à pied par la gare centrale ou Garibaldi. Proche du centre historique, et des rues commerçantes. Nous étions 4 avec un chien et recommandons sincèrement !

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen, besonders der Pool war wunderbar bei diesen heissen Tagen. Der Ort ist etwas abgelegen, daher würden wir empfehlen mit dem Auto zu kommen. Maurizio und die Nachbarn Augusto und Vincenzo waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Sono stata con il mio Fidanzato per 5 giorni abbiamo prenotato l’ ultima settimana di settembre , periodo ottimo per girare Ponza in tranquillità senza il caos del turismo , in più abbiamo trovato Alfredo persona squisita sempre disponibile piena di consigli che ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare la vacanza al meglio riuscendo a visitare tutta l’ isola anche grazie allo scooter che ti offre ad un prezzo accessibile … consigliatissimo sia l’ alloggio da Alfredo sia l’ isola di Ponza , se dovessimo tornare sicuramente saprei dove stare , Grazie per la magnifica vacanza.

Carmine und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir uns sehr gut verständigen können. Das Grundstück wird von beiden super gepflegt, jede Ecke ist sauber. Es gibt kein Unkraut. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind auch sehr schön angelegt, sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank. Anja und Familie

Christian è stato un host squisito e disponibilissimo. La casa è anche più bella delle foto e presenta tutti i confort necessari. Vicinissimo al supermercato per ogni necessità. La pista ciclabile fino al centro di Borgo Hermada ha permesso a mia figlia di muoversi in autonomia con il monopattino. Soggiorno eccezionale. Ringraziamo veramente Christian per essere stato sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Vicinissimo al circolo ippico Borgo Hermada per chi, come mia figlia, dovesse partecipare a gare di equitazione. Lo consigliamo a tutti! E speriamo di ritornarci presto anche per fare un tuffo nella splendida piscina privata!

Marco est un hôte très accueillant, très réactif au moindre problème ou questionnement, La maison est très spacieuse et pleine de charme, la terrasse avec le jardin en espaliers et la piscine sont magnifiques et la vue est juste splendide ! Sermoneta est un village magnifique, on peut aller manger à pieds de la maison , dans des restaurants excellents ! Le calme absolu ! Je recommande vivement 😀

Una piacevole settimana trascorsa presso l’alloggio di Carlo , persona estremamente cortese e sempre disponibile . Location caratterizzata dalla tranquillità e immersa nel verde . L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione di Carlo . Consigliato !!

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!
