Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Scauri

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in 3 ragazze di Roma e Napoli in occasione di un meeting di lavoro in smartworking, ognuna aveva la sua privacy in casa con le 3 camere da letto, buona connessione wifi e grazie alla sua posizione centrale a Terracina, non abbiamo avuto problemi per uscire a pranzo o cena a mangiare tra ristoranti o pizzerie (ottima quella di Giu Giu’ giusto fronte casa). Supermercato e spiaggia a meno di 2 min a piedi. Splendida terrazza vista mare per la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio riservato e box auto proprio sotto casa. Cucina fornita di tutto anche se non abbiamo mai cucinato. Grazie ancora a Marco per la sua disponibilita’ e cortesia con suggerimenti della zona, non ultimo il suo Centro storico e Cattedrale.

Marco's accomodation is perfect ! It is very cosy, clean, nice, with kitchen and bathroom, and has a central location which is a very big advantage. Within 2-3 minutes you can reach the center of Ponza with its restautants and all shopping facilities. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Marco is very kind and helpful. He send the guests a very good description per video, so after arriving in Ponza it is very easy to find the way to the house. I can only recommend Marco's house which made my stay in Ponza unforgottable nice.

We had a wonderful stay with two adults and two children in Casa Wenner. The view from the open terrace and from the room is amazing. We found everything we needed in the appartement. The appartement and the park around it is like a little oasis in the middle of the lively streets of Napoli.

Giuseppe was very kind. He waited for us when we arrived on the train and showed us the short way to reach the apartment. The place is quiet, safe and comfortable. The are pizzerias, convenient stores, fast street foods, fruits and vegetable stands, cafe and bakeries close by. We enjoyed our stay very much.

En uke midt i Napoli var fantastisk og Toledo Penthouse var perfekt for oss: midt i byen, nær tog (til Pompei), metro, funicolare og havn, masse gode restauranter og yrende liv rett utenfor døren og en fantastisk takterrasse med 360 graders utsikt! Leiligheten - ett roms - er ikke stor, men passet oss, en familie på to voksne og to tenåringer, fint. Den var ren og fin og hadde alt vi trengte. Det er mange trinn å gå opp, så det må man bare være innstilt på. Men takterrassen er verdt alle trinnene. Takterrassen var veldig fin med mange ulike møbler; både sol-senger og spisebord. Og masse fine blomster:) Anbefales!

Nous étions un groupe de 6 amis et avons séjourné chez Stefano pour 2 nuits. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal pour visiter Naples, proche du centre historique et un métro à quelques rues. L’hôte était accueillant et arrangeant avec les bagages et les arrivésé/depart. Le quartier est calme, en face d’un grand bâtiment, supermarché à proximité et pizzeria, à 12min à pied de la gare. L’appartement était propre et atypique avec un petit balcon sur le haut de la mezzanine.

Gino es super amable y está pendiente de todo. el departamento estaba impecable bien decorado, limpio y más grande de lo que pensábamos. tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía inmejorable. volveríamos a elegir este departamento siempre. la cama muy cómoda y limpia. nos dejaron comidas y bebidas. había café y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario. excelentes anfitriones. Gracias!!!!

Le foto non gli rendono giustizia! La casa è molto carina,con una vista bellissima sul golfo....abbiamo passato ore a guardare i tramonti estasiati! La posizione è in una zona tranquilla , nonostante ci siano un po di gradini è comoda(tutte le case a Ponza hanno i gradini), se fosse piu vicino al porto si sentirebbe il rumore dei locali la sera . sembra ristrutturata da poco,bagni nuovi. Ho trovato tutto pulitissimo. Non ho assolutamente percepito l'umidità di cui parlano altre recensioni. il proprietario è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile rispondeva in breve tempo ai messaggi Siamo stati benissimo torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nel appartamento di Matteo ed è stato un’esperienza molto soddisfacente. L’ambiente molto pulito, ampio e molto luminoso. L’unica pecca le 6 rampe di scale per arrivare al appartamento ma il montaggio del ascensore era in lavorazione quindi a presto questo aspetto sarà superato. Matteo è suo fratello sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno consigliato molto bene sulle attività da fare nel quartiere e anche sui locali della zona. Il quartiere è uno dei più importanti di Napoli e abbraccia tutte le sfaccettature di questa bellissima città. La posizione del appartamento è vicina alla stazione della metropolitana e a un 20 minuti a piedi della Spacca Napoli e Duomo. Grazie per l’ospitalità e preziosi consigli

Muy contento con la elección. Fue todo muy bien. Ambra muy amable y el alojamiento tal y como sale en las fotos. Sin duda para repetir. Lo pasamos genial. Muy buena ubicación. Importante, si no conoces la ciudad y buscas calma. Este no es el lugar.

Magnifique ancien appartement avec des escaliers en marbre. Très spacieux, au 5ème avec de grande chambres et un confortable salon. Facilement accessible à pied par la gare centrale ou Garibaldi. Proche du centre historique, et des rues commerçantes. Nous étions 4 avec un chien et recommandons sincèrement !

This was a fantastic little apartment in Vomero. A great area! Walking distance to so many restaurants, bakeries, great shopping and bars. Also walking distance to 2 funiculars, a taxi stand and the Metropolitana! There is a beautiful old staircase right next to the building that takes you down to the city. We walked down (a LOT of stairs) through the Spanish Quarter, the Maradonna memorial, famous churches and piazzas - had an authentic and amazing lunch and then walked to the funicular for a ride back up the mountain. The expansive view from the apartment was spectacular! to Sorrento and Capri! The host was great and provided us with restaurant and pizzeria recommendations that were very good. You can really just walk down to the busy downtown of Vomero and find so many options!

We travel to Italy often, yet our first time in Naples. This selection was outstanding. The service from our host, the location, the fun exciting vibe, the room itself and views from balconies exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a truly memorable stay.

Gennaro was an amazing host. Flat is small but perfect for a city stay. View from the bedroom across the city is beautiful. Gennaro helped us with recommendations for food which were delicious. He gave directions to the Diego maradona stadium and helped with parking which is tricky in Napoles. Short walk 10-15mins into town all downhill and lots to see on the way. This place didn't disappoint for the price and fantastic host. Flat was easy to find and Gennaro father was there to meet us show us around and give us all the instructions needed. What a lovely Italian family. Grazie mille 🩵

Nous avions eu droit à plein de petites attentions en arrivant : cadeau typique de Naples, des grandes bouteilles d'eau, des provisions pour les petits-déjeuners. De plus, Alessia nous a fait le ménage en cours de séjour (1 semaine). Enfin, Alessia est très réactive dans les échanges via le site. L'appartement est conforme aux photos dans le centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique malgré le bruit qui peut parfois y avoir la nuit. Le centre-ville de Naples est constitué d'artères très passantes et une multitude de ruelles étroites qui font penser au premier abord à des coupe-gorges. L'appartement d'Alessia se trouve dans une de ces ruelles mais rassurez-vous, nous ne nous y sommes jamais sentis en insécurité.

We couldn’t have asked for a better base from which to explore Naples. The apartment is ideally located, offering easy access to the vibrant Spanish Quarter and the wider city. The accommodation was exactly as described—if not better—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We felt very fortunate to stay at Raffaela’s Airbnb and to have her as our host; she was welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. We spent five memorable days discovering Naples and its surroundings, including visits to Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius and Capri—a truly enriching experience for the whole family.

Annalisa was extremely kind and helpful always! The place was as described, and the jacuzzi was an extra added feature that we throughly enjoyed! All the local restaurants suggested were amazing and we enjoyed them some multiple times! Very friendly as well as Esmeralda! Anything we needed Annalisa made it happen and our stay was super relaxing! Can’t wait to visit again!!

L’appartamento è confortevole e dotato di tutti i comfort. Letto comodissimo, smart tv grande, vasca ad idromassaggio, cucina con frigo grande e forno. È situato in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima alla zona più “in” del Vomero e alla funicolare che in pochi minuti porta nel centro storico di Napoli. Manuel è stato carinissimo e sempre molto disponibile. Consigliato.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille chez Daniele et les photos étaient conformes à l’appartement . Arrivée en autonomie très appréciable et Environnement calme et paisible comme à la maison. Le plus c’est le parking très sécurisé . Je recommande. Ciao Tiamane et Nicolas

Michele was the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was responsive even early in the morning and extremely helpful. I had a scary turn to my trip due to getting sick and he helped when he didn’t have to. The place was spotless and perfect. The jacuzzi was extremely clean and you had everything you would need. It’s located in the heart of everything. The building looks rough on the outside but the apartment itself is newly renovated. WiFi was fast and the tvs and air system was perfect. I would definitely stay here again

Rosa was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make our stay stress free. Was very communitive with instructions as to how to enter the unit and all the lovely places to see and eat.

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per un breve soggiorno di 5 giornina Napoli. Dall'appartamento, a piedi si riesce a raggiungere i principali centri di interresse. Appartamento moltobpratico e fornito di tutti i confort necessari

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, es una zona tranquila muy cerca del puerto, caminando a 20 minutos del centro y a una calle puedes encontrar supermercados. La anfitriona es muy amable siempre estuvo atenta y nos ayudó mucho, mil gracias!

Alloggio perfetto, ottima la posizione, puoi visitare tutto. Casa accogliente in un bellissimo condominio. Ottima la pulizia, la comunicazione con l'host e i servizi da lui offerti. estremamente soddisfatto e consigliato.
