There is LPG hot water and central heating, so it is warm and snug. The location is ideal for good walks and sea views with RSPB Bempton 2 mile down the road and Filey in the other direction. Both can be accessed via the coast path if you have the stamina.Alternately, just switch off and enjoy the peace and quiet.

There are two bedrooms a bathroom including bath and shower. There’s a comfy corner sofa and large open plan living area to cook and eat together, relax and watch a movie. Take breakfast on the balcony. During the day enjoy the patio and lunch outside or lounge in the sun. The hot tub makes for a perfect evening wind down.
