Relax by the fire or walk from our doorstep on footpaths and country lanes to scenic Heydon or Itteringham; both with proper country pubs and pretty cafes. The beach is just 20 mins drive, Georgian Holt 15 and Norwich 30.

The Carr, 3 acres of ancient woodland and water meadows, is a space we tend and love ourselves, and are glad to share with our guests. Wander through, watch the wildlife & make the campfire yours for the evening.

Dog Cottage

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for guests with infants or toddlers. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.
