The Dorothy house is in a great location. It is only 1.6 miles from Williamsburg Waterpark and The Mint, and about 2 miles from the University of the Cumberlands, Walmart, and downtown Williamsburg. It offers a country setting, but it is within driving distance of area attractions, such as Cumberland Falls State Park (20 miles) and Big South Fork National Forest. It offers the best of both worlds. It is great place just to relax; sit on the porch or deck and watch for wildlife or read a book.

Perfect for a quiet getaway or for a place to rest after a day of riding "The Rattlesnake". We are located 8 short miles from downtown Somerset.

Conveniently located 1 mile from exit 11 on I-75, this gorgeous apartment sits over the garage and we call it the "Perch on Pelham." There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, perfect for your getaway. A full-size folding futon sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people. Climb stairs at your own risk. Not responsible for falls. Shower is 6 feet tall. Please review photos to see if this small tiny home wiill meet your needs. NOTE: Dogs are allowed in the home, screened porch area, and fenced-in yard, but are not allowed in the beds.
