Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.
