The home was very clean and comfortable and anything we needed was provided. It is quite spacious yet sitting in the living room at night with the gas fireplace turned on was so cozy. Sitting on the back porch was peaceful and serene - total bliss. Gloria is a wonderful host and I would recommend staying here and hope to again.

This home was even more beautiful than the pictures! On top of that, this was the cleanest and best outfitted home I’ve ever stayed at on AirBnB. We hope to come back sometime!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We loved it so much, this was our 2nd stay. Group of 13 friends just hanging out for the weekend. Things that stand out include the absolutely pristine bathrooms and the fully stocked kitchen. All the pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, etc. you need. Lots of places I've been to don't have things like measuring cups but they have everything. When we had questions, response was fast. Nice common area for everyone to hang out in. Just a great place.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Piedmont University. Ally and Brad were great and responded to questions quickly. They let us check in early and check out late. Great stay!

Our family had a fantastic trip, and Phillip was extremely proactive with communication and great recommendations for restaurants and fun activities nearby. The house had everything we were looking for and is very comfortable and inviting. They also stocked the kitchen with basic items you usually have to remember to bring…including a full variety of spices, oil, coffee, etc. The property itself is where this rental really shines! Beautiful view of Lake Glenville and the house is nestled in a peaceful cove with an impressive waterfall just across the way. There are several outdoor seating areas that make it PERFECT for whatever you’re looking to do. For those wanting to really get away to a quiet retreat, look no further! We would definitely stay here again!

Sallie was willing to accommodate us when we shared our circumstances. So Thankful! She responded in a timely manner to some specific questions. She had great and varied literature to read- nice getaway when you want a quiet retreat. The sweet little town is home to Northern Georgia University with fun little shops.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was pretty cold, but well worth it. Being on the lake, makes me want to come back, with the boat, in the summer, to fully enjoy it. Great place, and will hopefully be back.

The location was unique and amazing. It was remote and very peaceful, away from all the fast paced norms of life but still close enough to have the amenities of a small town with shops and restaurants. Close to the river where it was great for fishing and seeing wildlife and just a general walk in the evening. Lauren was incredibly responsive and the house itself was great with a great layout for the family and many places to enjoy. If you are looking to get away from the stresses of everyday life (still have wifi if you need to check your emails etc.) this is the place for you, you won't regret it.

We had a great experience at Ross’s place! The apartment was extremely clean and well taken care of. It is within walkable distance to downtown Dahlonega, which made for getting something to eat or stopping for coffee very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!

If you’re ever in the mineral bluff area with a loved one and need a welcoming and private place to stay , this is definitely the spot for you ! Everything from the “southern hospitality” all the way to loving companionship from Coco will make you feel just at home ! My fiancé and I were looking to get away from the world for the weekend and Karen and Greg were nothing shy of magnificent ! They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of ! We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a peaceful lakeside retreat. Having direct access to the lake was a highlight, and the host was friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Very unique place with more fresh eggs than you can eat and take home. Steve meets you when you arrive which nice to meet the host who is full of information and recommendations. We felt very much at home there. The location is central to the most beautiful water falls and hiking trails in North Georgia. I think we could live there. Can't wait to go back.

Mike and Karen were gracious hosts! Their Airbnb was cute and had a beautiful front lawn. Would recommend to anyone needing a place in the area!

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in a peaceful location close to downtown Franklin, look no further! Up a quaint, winding road, nestled in the trees is a wonderful two bedroom ground level apartment waiting just for you. Once you arrive you will be warmly greeted by your hosts Dave, Barb & Beans who are always available but never intrusive. Their view is wonderful! The property exactly as described. You Can’t ask for more! And I can’t wait to go back!

Jennifer was a great host and her condo was perfectly situated in Sky Valley. It looked recently remodeled and the entire condo was spotless. The tub and bathroom was so clean, as well as the bedding, living room, kitchen, you name it. We loved our stay here and loved that it was quiet & peaceful, but not totally secluded. My husband and I felt really comfortable in the condo and enjoyed our time overall there. We didn’t super LOVE the sleep we got on the bed, but we prefer softer mattresses and sleeping on a king size bed, so I think that contributed to it. It felt like a great quality mattress though and I think others would love it. Loved this condo & I would stay here again if I get the opportunity!

Stacy was proactive and gave very clear instructions how to get inside. My GPS got confused on the location so it took a few extra minutes to find. The area is so pretty and peaceful! Lots to do in the town, it reminded us of Gatlinburg. The beds are so comfy! Plenty of space for two adults and two kids to sleep comfortably. If you plan to use the trundle bed, bring an extra pillow or two for yourself. Pirate golf down the street was a hit with our kids!! Would love to come back during the summer to go river tubing!

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful place. Amy was really great, and the condo was perfect for our group. Would definitely love to come back for another stay!

Great place! Super convenient to walk everywhere from here. Place was clean and had all we needed. The kids couldn’t stay out of the hottub!

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.

Staying here was the perfect spot for a Blue Ridge get away. Close to all restaurants and shops breweries and wine tours. Easy to get to the trails for hiking. Easy to find and the apartment was the cleanest Air bnb I have ever stayed in. Location was perfect and the recommendations were spot on. Communication was great as well. 10/10

This was a wonderful place to stay in adorable Helen. It was a very clean and comfortable place with lovely touches. We loved the grill and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. It was just a few steps to downtown. Betty’s grocery is delightful and everyone was so friendly in town. We spent a day hiking in Unicoi and Ana Ruby Falls is beautiful. We also went to Tallulah Gorge Park and that was great. I would highly recommend staying in Helen and staying at Leonard’s!
