I recently stayed at Iulia Place with my family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and provided a great base for exploring the region. Although the main attractions we visited, such as the Happy Cemetery and Bârsana Monastery, were not local, the location of Iulia Place made it easy for us to reach these amazing sites. The garden was a great space for our kids to play, and we appreciated the convenient parking right on-site. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Iulia Place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area. We would definitely return!

Sehr schönes Haus. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut funktioniert, lediglich die Übersetzung der Sprache war etwas problematisch trotzt verschiedener Übersetzungen. Letztlich kam die Info rüber die wichtig war. Gerne wieder BeWer

We had a wonderful stay for a family reunion. Marius is an excellent host always happy to guide and assist. The facilities were excellent, spacious and very well equipped. Location was lovely and peaceful with plenty of space to roam. We enjoyed table tennis, tennis and pool with all equipment loaned to us. Some extra guests were able to be hosted on-site in further private accommodation. Pool was unheated which unfortunately stopped some of our guests from using it but was still refreshing for some of us to cool down in from the heat of the day. It was clean and well maintained on the terrace. There is no hot tub (just a bath tub in one of the bathrooms) but we found out it could be possible to take a therapeutic sulphur spring water bath by arrangement! A couple of dogs on-site which were not always welcome but our host’s dog was lovely friendly company for most. A great place to stay and highly recommended. We’d be happy to return another time. It’s exactly as it should be. Calin is helpful and easygoing. Everything went well. Unfortonatly we don’t had the time to stay longer, but next time we going to enjoy the hottube too!

Very nice, quiet environment, nice hosts, well equipped kitchen, nice garden. Only the stairs did not seem very stable, but after a few uses you get used to it. Great value for money, would recommend to anyone

The place is in the middle of Baia Mare, walking distance to several restaurants, old town and supermarkets. The apartment is furnished with old furniture, giving a nice feeling of warmness. Beds are confortable. Bathrooms are a bit old, however they are very clean. Matyas is a very responsive host and fixed a broken bulb imediatly. I will come back, especially as I liked the balcony view and the coffee machine!

Clean and cosy apartment, there was everything we needed and even more, clear instructions, responsive host, I do recommend the place if you’re in the area☺️🤩

Все було чудово. Одне трохи засмутило, що шкафи були закриті і ми не мали місце де б могли скласти свій одяг. Більше ніяких зауважень не маємо, все дуже сподобалося.

Nice apartment, good location. Perfect for a weekend visit.
