Each villa boasts a private pool, blending modern amenities with natural beauty. The interiors are elegant, with spacious, well-equipped rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The villa itself was stunning—exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better. It was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool and outdoor area were cleaned daily, which made it a perfect space to unwind and relax without any worries.

merci a hara et Paul qui m'ont accueilli comme si j'étais chez moi. jai passé un long séjour chez vous avec ma compagne et nous avons étais ravis. le staf très accueillant et toujours disponible. l'appartement étais très bien équipée nous avons souvent cuisiner et mangé sur le balcon. encore merci Paul et hara pour le déjeuner que vous nous avez offert pour Noël .Paul et hara vous êtes vraiment super ne changez pas et a très bientôt pour un prochain séjour je l'espère. encore Merci beaucoup

The apartment has everything you need. It’s very quiet, clean, and has a beautiful view. I especially want to highlight the super large bed – it’s incredibly comfortable to sleep on such a super double bed with a lovely view. The host always responds quickly. Cleaning services are available upon request. Only 100 meters to the sea, and there’s a beautiful pool (the best I’ve seen in Pattaya so far).

Lenas place is wonderfull, This community is very well looked after , Clean , lots of green space for walking around , also very family friendly . I would highly recommend this place . What was so awsome the swimming pool was right outside our door. Lena has equipped her resident for long term stay as we were there for 3 months. When we had any querstion for info Lena looked after any problem immediately . The only downside would be that you are a little far away from Lena should be on the list as a supper hosts Thanks again When we come back this way we will definitely still here again.

I stayed with kids, and we had a great time ! It's just as described, very convenient with all the amenities and 711s. The kids loved the pool and slide. The place really has everything you need ! The host was super responsive and helpful. The only thing is that Jomtien beach is not very clean, but you can visit Sai Kaew beach nearby which is amazing !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Namthip’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—walk in to the private beach and attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Namthip was an exceptional host, quick to respond to any questions and incredibly welcoming. The little touches, like a thoughtfully curated welcome basket and clear check-in instructions, made the experience even better. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back myself!

Room area is very big, very clean and sea view room. We can see sunset from the outdoor balcony. This trip made our good memory family trip. Thank you for the superhost.

Well maintained and cleaned unit. Good size smart TV. Got a special introduction deal, so excellent price quality. Comfy bed and side bench. Highly recommended for a couple of days to several weeks.

We had a wonderful stay in a new and functional home. The house was extremely clean and tidy. Our vacation was made even more enjoyable by the three pools of different sizes, a large gym, and a sauna. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being within walking distance to the beach was a great advantage. We stayed securely with our family; we had no concerns about safety. Having air conditioning in the living room and bedroom increased our comfort, and despite using it constantly, the electricity bill was very reasonable. We would definitely like to come again and highly recommend it to everyone!

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.
