This is a beautifully built home and Siddharth is an amazing and a very warm host. The place is even better than what is shown in the images, it has a warm and peaceful vibe, exactly what we were looking for. We were regretting why did we not book it for longer. Siddharth was in touch through out and ensured that we are comfortable and get everything we need. The cook cooked really good home cooked food. The view from the glass house and bedrooms were icing on the cake and we just loved to have morning tea in the balcony enjoying the beautiful mountains. We had a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again soon.

Our tree house was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the forest canopy. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the gentle rustling of leaves was an experience we will never forget. A beautiful villa, nestled in a quite locality situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. A perfect place to unwind and spend some quality private time with family and friends. Fresh air, sound of birds, cool weather and a perfect sunset view. What more can you ask for on a short trip to the mountains. A special note for the caretakers who prepared fabulous home cooked meals for us !!

A peaceful gem in Sitla, Mukteshwar! The drive from Nainital is smooth with a few manageable slopes. The property sits at the road’s end—no dedicated parking, but you can park right at the gate without issue. The lawn is spacious with fresh mountain air, perfect for yoga, breakfast with a stunning Himalayan view, or evening bonfires under a silent, star-lit sky. Rooms are clean, spacious, and felt brand new (built in Jan 2025). Bathrooms are also spotless and roomy. The real charm is the host, Varun—kind, helpful, and always around to make your stay special. There’s 24x7 house help; cooking and utensil washing aren’t included but can be arranged at an extra cost. Highly recommended for a serene, nature-filled escape!

Spectacular is the word that comes to my mind right away! Breath taking views and such serene property. Didn’t imagine such great hospitality and delicious food at that height! Mr. Jagdish Joshi is one of the most humble caretakers I have come across in my entire life. I’m an avid traveller and this is the first time I’m genuinely taking the pain to write a review. Just didn’t feel like returning home from my room “NAGASAKI”. Honestly lives up to the description. All the minimalistic things are taken care of very delightfully. A stay that would stay in my mind for a very very long time! Already missing the place honestly!!!

We are frequent travellers , have stayed at many cottages in mukteshwar and it’s surrounding regions…but this place ..Casa saara ,of Capt Nitin Anand ji is something else ..this is a beautiful cottage built by captain with perfect location in sitla ,lush green surroundings with 3 side entrance ..lots of trees,lots of sitting places ,full of natural beauty and fresh air everywhere …tasty home food served by cook deepak …beside this captain and Co host surendra are so friendly and responsive that you will love to stay at this place and would carry beautiful memories with you ..if you are a pizza and coffee lover ,than do visit cafe Awara in near by Sitla market,managed by surendra and his wife…would love to visit again and again …thanks a lot nitin ji for your super hospitality.

We recently stayed at Maati Living in Mukteshwar and it was everything we had hoped for. My husband and I were looking for a peaceful escape, somewhere we could just relax, unwind and enjoy good food without the pressure of being on the move every day and Maati Living delivered exactly that. The property is beautifully maintained with beautiful flowers & plants, earthy aesthetic that blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. The views were breathtaking and the overall vibe was rejuvenating. The food deserves a special mention—every meal was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor and served with such warmth. We truly looked forward to each meal! The service was prompt and genuinely hospitable.

We spent 3 days including New Year's Eve at Aikkya. Their place is ideally located with great views, peace and quiet. Our room was simply yet beautifully decorated and was very clean. We liked the fact that their cottages are built with local building techniques, are sustainable and still have the modern amenities and comforts. We especially loved the common lounge/dining area with it's wood burning stove. It's the ideal place to chill, get to meet the other guests, eat and drink. Shivani and Avijeet go to great lengths to cater to the tastes of each of their guests, cooking different cuisines and offering variety. We had some delicious meals and got to taste an authentic Kumaoni spread. At the end of our stay, we left knowing that we will be back.
