This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I have rented several times from Furkan, alot of different apartments on different locations. All of them offer great value. Furkan the host and Emin the maintenance guy are very friendly and good people. I highly recommend.

Immaculately clean and peaceful stay We loved our short stay (3 nights) as a family of two with a toddler. The apartment is new, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or two, plus the convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. One of the best things: it’s completely smoke-free. No trace of cigarette smell—unlike many other Airbnbs or hotels we've stayed at in Turkey. It’s also wonderfully quiet at night, and the comfortable bed with crisp, clean white sheets made for a truly restful sleep. The manager Hasan is very friendly and helpful and he replies to questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the seashore, metro, and Baghdad street. Thank you very much!

If I come back to Istanbul I will stay here. The host is very helpful and kind. We had a couple of issues with the apartment, but they were fixed in no time. Awesome stay, I recommend!

Квартира соответствует описанию: весьма милая и уютная обстановка. В квартире очень чисто. Единственный нюанс - это наличие сырости, но имеется кондиционер и при необходимости можно включить обогрев. Квартира рассчитана на троих человек, но в идеале размещаться вдвоем, так как немного не хватает полочек для личных вещей, развешивания полотенец после душа, или даже развешивания мелких вещей после стирки.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Müge hanımın rüya evinde harika bir 4 günlük bayram tatili geçirdik. Hangi birinden bahsetsem bilmiyorum. Ev, bahçe, dekorasyon, lokasyon herşey ama herşey zevkimize göreydi. Müge hanımda oldukça nazik bir ev sahibiydi teşekkür ediyoruz herşey için. Evde herşey bizim için düşünülmüş ve hazırdı. Doğa severler için ve sakinlik sevenler için son derece keyifli biryer, şiddetle tavsiye edilir👍

Schönes Erlebnis in ruhiger Lage wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel machte. Seda war immer erreichbar und Hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Öncelikle evin dekorasyon ve tasarımı gerçekten muhteşemdi. Gerçekten çok sıcak bir ortamı vardı. Konuklar için her detay düşünülmüş. Sunulan ürünlerin tamamı vegan ve çevre dostu ürünler olması önemli bir detaydı. Serin sayılabilecek bir haftasonu olmasına rağmen kombi ile rahat biçimde ısındık. Gökçe & Derya konuklarını gerçekten "konuk" olarak gören son derece nazik ve yardımsever insanlar. Bize her konuda hızlı biçimde dönüş sağladılar. Sundukları olanaklar ve yardımları için teşekkürler.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns wie zur Familie zugehörig gefühlt, denn die Eltern von Feyza sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Después de leer tantos comentarios sobre las escaleras debo darles las gracias porque…no tenían nada de peligrosas y se subían súper bien así que superó mis expectativas. Aparte de la ubicación este apartamento vale elegirlo por Aydogan y su familia, son todos muy cálidos y amables así que solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Durante mi estancia ocurrió el terremoto y la verdad que no me enteré 😅 y no tenía conexión de datos aún. Al llegar a casa tenía mensajes de Elli la hija de Andogan con recomendaciones y cómo actuar me lo explicó su hijo punto por punto. Lo cual estarás cuidado y protegido por una preciosa familia. Mis agradecimientos nuevamente. Abrazos.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

We had an amazing stay at Andrea’s apartment in Kristal Sehir , Istanbul! 🌟 The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The security and privacy were excellent, which made us feel safe and at home. Andrea herself is a fantastic host—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our experience even better. If you’re looking for a perfect place to stay in Istanbul, we highly recommend Andrea’s apartment. We would definitely stay here again! 💙

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

Habe für 7 Tage gebucht und wäre am liebsten länger geblieben. Leider sind wir die letzte Nacht auch raus da wir einen Erdbeben hatten und doch schon ganz schön Angst hatten im 13ten Stock ansonsten Mega schön und sehr sauber

10/10 Must stay location with a couple of notes to help non-Turkish guests to be better prepared. Mustafa is very quick to respond and good at accommodating any issues or problems you may have as an international traveler, if you're a local - you don't need to read further book right away! Bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, the groceries in the area have very limited products. Purchase water on day 1, buy lots of it - I didn't try the tap water (so this may be irrelevant). Be prepared to keep the keys on you at all times, the door uses keys from both sides (common in Istanbul everywhere you go) but this surprised me because you have to be prepared to leave whoever is staying home with the keys but take the fob with you. Mustafa provided me with a solution right away but still important to note. With all that being said, I had no issues speaking English and communicating with Mustafa, his Airbnb is an excellent place to say and really safe. 10/10
